I’m very unpleased I went yesterday 2/15 (day after Valentines) I ordered 5 piece strips 2 separate large wedges and they gave me 1 extra large container of wedges instead of my 2 separate I thought it was unprofessional and it caused an argument between me and my girlfriend cause they weren’t evenly split which could’ve been avoided if my order was respected and I received the 2 separate wedges

Rate them very poor. I ask for 12 pieces ,chicken only, I ask them again at the pickup widow if there was 12 pieces. Get home I have 8 pieces. Not sure if I pissed them off by asking a second time and they shorted me on purpose or if they just couldn’t count that high. $34 for 8 pieces of chicken and 6 biscuits. I’ll go back and get the rest of my chicken.

4 years ago I left this 5 star review as we had never had a bad experience here. Today that has changed. I ordered 5 meals and 1 bowl. All the meals were correct however one of them had the smallest chicken leg and thigh I think I have ever seen and it was so overcooked it was almost burnt. Way overcooked biscuit, and such a small amout of side dishes that it could have been mistaken for a kids meal. Very disappointed, not at all worth the $8 price tag.

Pathetic. What has happened to my favorite fried chicken? 35 bucks for 2, 2 piece meals. Two thighs and two breasts. All dried out, like they were fried 3 hours before I ordered. Breasts used to be a decent size. Now, they look like they came from a miniature chicken. They seem to cutting their breasts so they’re getting 3 to a chicken. The back section being called a “breast”. How much price gouging is necessary before folks stop going to these so called restaurants?

As a first-time customer, I’ll give this store 5 stars. I went there during a busy Wednesday lunch time, but yet I had a great experience with the staff. Food was served fast and the chicken was tasty. I’ll be going back, for sure!
