Omg, best Mexican in Pensacola! I’ve tried them all and this place wins for sure. Great prices, fun atmosphere, excellent service, and the food is the best anywhere. I’ll be back – lots!

First time going there and i was pleased that the food was really good and their portions were abundant.
(Though I could be completely wrong for this but…) This has been the only place I have been to (since being here in Pensacola) that has actual California Burrito in its vast menu!
Would gladly recommend this place for anyone interested in a late night meal with friends and family.

Truly authentic, the food is incredible. I haven’t had authentic food like this in a very long time if ever. The bean dip was amazing, salsa is fresh and home made, tortillas are corn and authentic, the food sizes are amazing, our waitress was attentive, everything about this place was incredible.

I am super surprised this restaurant has so many good reviews! We stopped in today because of them and were all very disappointed. We had to wait awhile at the front with other guests before anyone came by (the place was not busy). When the guy did come, he was very unfriendly and looked like he hated life. Once sat, the person that came to give us the chips practically threw the basket at the table, not even joking. The drinks came out timely but we had to wait a long while for the waitress to come back to take our orders. I had a substitution to my tamale (green sauce vs red sauce) but she didn’t write any orders down, which is cool if you have a great memory, but I don’t this lady did because my order came out smothered in red sauce. The food came out pretty quickly, which was great but it was NOT good. Very bland and lukewarm; probably all pre-made and kept warm.
Definitely a one and done for us.

We decided to come try this place for my husband’s birthday. The food was ok, I personally prefer just ground beef. This place has the potatoes, peppers, and extra seasonings in the ground beef. The rice and beans were good. I did like the cheese dip (mild spicy) with the black bean dip (mild spicy). The salsa, I didn’t care for, it had like a smoky taste, probably some smoked peppers or something for taste. My husband liked it though. Our boys got steak tacos, cheese quesadilla and ground beef hard tacos. They were good they said. My husband got a plate that had different tacos, he said it was good. The waitress was very friendly, efficient, and was one to notice when you needed a refill without asking, she was amazing. She also, went ahead and brought out the sparkler (it was neat) cupcake without me having to tell her. I just told her we were there to celebrate and she did the rest, that was nice! Overall, I wouldn’t mind going again, I would just get a different meat instead of the ground beef.

Catchy decor and designs all around the joint with a nice outdoor dining area complete with stage for Tuesday night bands. The grub came out quickly and hot. We got chimichunga, every street taco on the menu, tamales (dowsed in a delectable meat sauce), and quesabirria. My choices were super tasty and made me feel like I was getting hugged by the abuelita I never had. We’re Def going back, maybe Thursday for bingo…

I got a to-go order of a steak quesadilla and a side of rice and beans. I didn’t realize til later that they put all three items in one container therefore the quesadilla was covered in beans.
I opened the quesadilla and seemed to be very lacking in steak and over filled with cheese.
Overall the taste was rather bland and would not go back to try it again. $15.15 for a steak quesadilla and did not include any sour cream or pico.
They also threw in chips with the order but no salsa so that was kind of pointless.
