Horrible, the chicken was over cooked, fries made in old oil, bacon tasted like old oil. Place was dirty floor was so sticky, tables dirty, fountain drink area all nasty. All young employees need to retrain staff to do better.

The food is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the food is amazing but other times the food will be cold. The fries were very hard and old. One time they didn’t put any lettuce in the chicken sandwich nor the pickles we wanted. It was just mayo on it and we didn’t see it until we got home.

I just want to say that the gentleman working the drive-thru on November 12th around 10:00 p.m. was having a hard night with customers but tried to be light-hearted about it and I had a particular order as well and wanted a fresh cook and well done fries and I got to tell you that these guys came through and it was absolutely as good as Burger King gets! Give that guy a raise!

We arrived thought it was closed because it looked as if all the lights are off. We are the only ones in the drive thru, we tried because it said they were open. We ordered our food, we were asked repeatedly what our order was. We receive our order, go home, open our food, and it’s all wrong and cold. The onion rings were as hard as hockey pucks, the sandwiches tasted horrible. Very sad, I dont like leaving negative reviews however no one answered the phone. I love burger king and this is very unlike previous visits.

They are cheap and affordable. The food is decent. Its a kind of get what you pay for situation. Our food and drinks were good and the lady was nice. The food was hot and overall service was quick. I recommend them for a cheap fast bite to eat on the go

There should be an option for no stars . Every single time i go to this location my order is messed up . I order a double bacon cheese and i never get bacon . I order a bacon king no mayo because i think thats harder to mess up and nopeeee the sticker says no mayo but thank god they gave me 20 napkins cause thats how many it took to wipe all the mayo off so i could eat it . Do better !

As soon as you enter you could feel the tension. The cashier at the front was only taking one order then waited for food, then took the next order. I feel she must have been new only because she couldn’t find the keys to enter what I asked for or listen to how I wanted it. All I seen was 5 people, 2 front and 3 back. Only 1 back person was making sandwiches and you could clearly see the minimal effort, however she also was the one that helped bag the food. Not sure what the other 2 were doing. Chicken sandwiches were okay, warm not old. I asked for pickles to be added but never punched it in. Fries were warm but better then expected given the situation. One of those time where could have been better, could have been worse.

Personally I am not a big fan of Burger King. I used to really enjoy them as a fast food chain however they seem to have gone downhill slightly and their prices have gone very high. Today however I stopped in to pick up some breakfast and I will say that the young lady working the drive-thru is very friendly oh, and they got my special order correct. The food tasted okay. However for the $9 that it cost I think that food was more worth about five bucks. Overall my drive-through experience was satisfying however not to the point where I feel like I need to go back right away.

I just want to give GIGI and team their flowers and applause ! I was already having a somewhat bad day and they are ALL amazing . Had a mishap and they helped out tremendously. Was very quick with it and exceptionally polite .. FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND FRESH !!! Order for Drayson in Drive-Thru around 12 something .
