Nice place and friendly staff. Food is good but the Cuban is not 100% but not a bad sandwich just not the same as you will find in other areas of the state. The deviled crab is awesome (when not sold out) highly recommend the place for a lunch stop and some good food.

This was my first visit to Cafe Ola. I’ve been wanting a great Cuban sandwich for awhile. My first ever Cuban sandwich was in Little Havana in the Miami Florida in 1970. It was great. Great ham, fresh sliced seasoned pork, incredible Swiss cheese, thin sliced pickle and of course yellow mustard grilled and pressed perfectly. Today I paid 8 dollars for a poor version of a Cuban sandwich. All I tasted was the mustard and dill pickle due to the lack of meat and cheese. The pork was like super fine chopped meat and I wasn’t sure if there was any swiss cheese. I know it is expensive to run a restaurant. But for 8 dollars make a Cuban sandwich for which you would be proud of. Probably won’t be back. I don’t think it was a fluke. Ps that is a picture of a 8 dollar sandwich. The place was clean.

Delicious real Cuban food, in a clean and pristine little roadside cafe, owned and prepared by women representing multiple generations of their family. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Excellent overall dining experience.

I have been going here for years, since before the mother and daughter bought the place. They have kept the food simply amazing and their customer service is impeccable. It is a small restaurant with just the mother and daughter working you can’t go in expecting to be served as fast as McDonald’s but they still take care of you in a very timely manner. Worst Cuban sandwich I️ ever had. Instead of Pernil (Pork) my sandwich was coated with potted meat. I️ also ordered a double espresso which was watered down and might I️ add, not made in an espresso machine. I️ definitely will not be returning.
