If I could give a 0 I would. Today was worse than usual, only two employees and I got my mobile order 40mins after placing the order, I waiting 20 of those mins in the store. I understand if they’re just running behind but the reason became obvious as I stood there. The two employees, one of them the manager, were distracted chatting about their weddings, court dates, etc. So frustrating to wait there with other customers, while they just let us start to pile up. Do not recommend. Retraining for the manager is a must. And they over toasted my egg and cheese croissant. I wasn’t gonna wait another 20min for them to redo it

Ordered a hot coffee, got an iced one that was not even the right flavor, ordered assorted munchkins wasn’t told until after I paid all they had was glazed is that okay? Well I guess so I already paid for them, and when I told them I ordered a hot coffee not an iced one they told me there’s cars behind you so you’ll have to go back around or come in…. Because you messed up the order?!? No I don’t think I will, I’ll just not come back. I mean it’s just a coffee and donut shop, if you can’t get a coffee and donut order right you may as well close for the day. ♂️

I am submitting this review while my party is still waiting for a refund due to an extremely disappointing experience.
Our first issue occurred at the register. The cashier appeared confused while taking a simple order consisting of three coffees, one berry drink, three sandwiches, and one wrap.
The pumpkin spice latte was completely unacceptable it tasted watered down and unpleasant. The drink had to be remade three times by an associate who had just been cleaning the floor, raising serious concerns about cross-contamination and food safety.
After more than 10 minutes of waiting, the food preparer asked us what we were waiting for, indicating a clear lack of communication and organization. Additionally, the employee preparing the food had her hair fully down to her back, hanging freely around the food preparation area, which is unsanitary.
To make matters worse, the staff attempted to prepare a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel in the same preparation space despite being informed that members of my party do not eat pork. There appeared to be no effort to prevent cross-contamination.
Overall, the service was deplorable and fell far below basic standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer care. This establishment has kids managing the business with no leadership on shift! Irresponsible!!

If i can give this place a zero stars i would only because of the young morning crew girls they are extremely rude no good morning no have a nice day just basically tossing my coffee out and slamming their little drive through window shut. I don’t appreciate this as a loyal paying customer who has been coming to Dunkin’ Donuts for over a decade this location is by far the worst when it comes to customer service. Please teach your team respect for the elders thank you.

Even when you’re busy it’s important to have customer service and at least ACKNOWLEDGE that they (the customer) are there. I stood at the counter this morning for 10 min (no exaggeration) while being completely ignored by the 3 workers inside (730am shift) when I was finally acknowledged it was a “what do you want?” No hello. No thanks for waiting. If it hadn’t been for my 9 year olds excitement over getting the donut she earned I would have walked out. Worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin (and he got the donut wrong). Management needs to retrain that staff with some customer service skills. A simple hello goes a long way!!

Not even worth one star. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with not even one car moving. I proceeded to then go inside to hopefully move things along. I was wrong. I waited in line for 20 minutes due to the cashier having no idea how to take people’s orders in front of me. When it was finally my turn, a manager came out, took over the register and proceeded to refund a customer due to their unpleasant experience. So I waited even longer. Then when it was in fact my turn, the manager left and the woman that was originally at the register started to mop the floors completely ignoring me. I exclaimed “Hello! Is anyone going to take my order!?” She looked at me confused and came over to the register. After taking my order she then left and went into the back room and wasn’t at all going to make my simple hot coffee with cream. That’s it. The one and only guy in the drive thru noticed how I was still standing there not being served and asked what I ordered so that he could make it for me. Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service and experience!!

This Dunkin and the workers especially are AMAZING! They greet me when I come in and they’ve even gone as far to bring my drink over when I sit down to study. If I mobile order my drink is ready by the time I walk in. I have had great experiences with every worker I’ve talked to, they are all friendly and conversative. Not to mention the store is always clean and my drink tastes great!

Blueberry muffin was great! The coffee tasted like it was burned or had been sitting on the burner too long. Staff were polite.
