Drive-thru was temporarily down, but that turned out to be a blessing—it got me inside to experience the incredible staff! Everyone was smiling and welcoming, but **Carter** absolutely stole the show. She greeted **three different customers by name** (including me!), kept us updated on our drinks while multitasking like a pro, and carried on genuine, friendly conversations the whole time.
Carter runs the front like a seasoned manager and clearly loves what she does. She deserves a **raise** and a promotion—**she’d be an amazing manager**! This location is lucky to have her. 10/10, will keep coming back! ☕
I understand how mobile orders work, but I’m confused as to why this is treated as an inconvenience. If I placed the same order verbally at the speaker, it would be made without attitude. The only difference is that payment is already completed and the order is already in the system.
For an $8 coffee, I expect basic kindness and professionalism. Mobile ordering is an option Starbucks offers, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re doing something wrong by using it. I’m not expecting special treatment, just courtesy. Unfortunately, the repeated tone and attitude at the window have made this location uncomfortable to visit.
