I’m an early riser so I visit the Starbucks often…..probably a little too often if you ask my husband…..but my latte is perfect and the drive thru staff is amazing, especially Dez! I love his energy and he ALWAYS has something positive and kind to say! Cheers, as I sip my delicious latte!

Drive-thru was temporarily down, but that turned out to be a blessing—it got me inside to experience the incredible staff! Everyone was smiling and welcoming, but **Carter** absolutely stole the show. She greeted **three different customers by name** (including me!), kept us updated on our drinks while multitasking like a pro, and carried on genuine, friendly conversations the whole time.

Carter runs the front like a seasoned manager and clearly loves what she does. She deserves a **raise** and a promotion—**she’d be an amazing manager**! This location is lucky to have her. 10/10, will keep coming back! ☕

Always great service and fast. Everyone is friendly and quick to make a great suggestion. Any issue I’ve had there has always been resolved, no questions asked. Great place to stop and grab coffee and food to hold you through your hectic workday. Don’t forget to tip if you are able to! Every small bit helps!

I frequently place mobile orders a few minutes before arriving and pick them up through the drive-thru. Every single time, I’m met with comments about how my order was “just placed,” that it may not have printed yet, or remarks said in a frustrated or dismissive tone. One employee even said, “girl, that was just placed, it’s not ready yet.”
I understand how mobile orders work, but I’m confused as to why this is treated as an inconvenience. If I placed the same order verbally at the speaker, it would be made without attitude. The only difference is that payment is already completed and the order is already in the system.
For an $8 coffee, I expect basic kindness and professionalism. Mobile ordering is an option Starbucks offers, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re doing something wrong by using it. I’m not expecting special treatment, just courtesy. Unfortunately, the repeated tone and attitude at the window have made this location uncomfortable to visit.

My MayBelle knows when we get to the drive through. The tail starts to wag about 70 mph. She loves getting the pup cup. Service and atmosphere is excellent. Never have had a bad experience.

*AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! One of the employees always says, “Hi Jackie!” when go inside the store.
*NEVER EVER made my drink incorrect. VERY IMPORTANT!
*Name is ALWAYS spelled correctly on my drink sticker. I understand that this may be trivial to you… so it’s a good thing that I care less about what you think of lil ol moi.
