The gentleman who served us was one of the friendliest Food Service workers I’ve had wait on me in years. I believe he was the manager. He was enthusiastic, happy and seemed to be enjoying his work.

3rd times a charm! Not. Forever forgetting something whether you go into the restaurant or through the drive thru… really don’t think they are forgetting at all, just don’t know how to do their jobs, nor read evidently. One order for one meal tonight, they forgot two items… I returned to KFC after I dropped my boyfriend’s meal off… when I got home the 2nd time he let me know that they put in two tiny pieces of chicken instead of 3. Good grief.

Highly impressed by how clean this establishment was! My daughter and I’d been out and about all day long and needed to take a break and get a bite to eat. We decided to stop at KFC since it was close to the mall, and I’m glad we did. It was nice and cool inside (nice on this super hot day), clean, comfortable seating, and everyone was friendly. We both got the spicy chicken sandwich meal, which we both really enjoyed. The chicken and fries were perfectly crispy, and service was fast! We will definitely be back!

Went on 2-14-2026 and had to use the restroom while dining in… and there were NO BATHROOMS! Both the men’s and women’s restrooms had caution cones in front of their doors and the doors were locked. When I asked the manager about why they were locked, they were rude and didn’t provide a response beyond sarcasm. It made me question the hygiene of the restaurant. What do the employees do during their shift? How do they use the restroom and wash their hands?
If I hadn’t already paid and had my order, I would have chosen somewhere else to eat.

Had a great experience this week… Drive-through service: Heidi had such an excellent attitude and was efficient, personable and professional. One of the items we ordered off of the dessert menu was not available and they made an upgrade substitute with a fabulous attitude. Was really impressed with their teamwork and genuine, authentic caring. Great food, great place, great service and excellent attitudes all around.

We go there once a month and get take out. Our biggest problem, the last 3 times we have gone to get a bucket, they were out of chicken. Today was breast.. white meat. We got the tenders and all dark meat in our bucket. The last time they were out of crispy. I agree that this is a manager problem. Someone needs to order and prepare enough chicken for your dinner rush. You are kentucky fried chicken. E times we cannot get an advertised family meal because you don’t have the advertised chicken. Do better. Its sad we are disappointed 3 times in a row from our fave chicken spot.

Literally came here today and they up charged us on our meals without even telling us and yet got small drinks and small sides then went inside to tell them and claimed they gave us large drinks and sides even though we showed them. The drive thru person was also rude and rushed.

So I just got chicken to go and this lady was so nice and patient I didn’t catch her name.!! I ordered the 3 piece combo with mash potatoes as usual and the lady told me it would be a 10 to 15 min wait and I was fine with that but while I was waiting she asked if we wanted something to drink that I didn’t order and gave it to me and after I got my food she gave me and extra Mac and cheese so I almost left with 2 combos .! Course I won’t be able to finish it but I will have some for later. Always good just this place that lady was very nice.!!
