Had a great meal- everything was amazing but my soda was not that great. Please fix your soda- it tastes so artificially sweetened- I don’t even wanna finish it. specifically the coke. McDonald’s is killing yall in this department.

I never leave reviews for fast food, but after my encounter with Alejandra just now in the drive-through I had to she was so kind and has such a positive energy about her. It made my day!!! I witnessed her be scrutinized over the size of the burger a man ordered, he said it wasn’t big enough lol. I heard him say he was going to leave her a bad review for it so I wanted to come counteract that because it wasn’t right.

-Asked for two spicy chickens and two fries and they charged me $24.44 I asked to explain to me how I am paying that much for these 4 items and this kid is trying to tell me he is saving me money. ($21.17 is the real total)
When he finally agreed to run the individual price instead of proactively changing it to a meal, it ran 3 dollars less and then he refused to give me a refund on my card.
I have a video of the second have where he is saying he can’t (without him in the video) as I thought he was going to try to argue with me based of his lack of professionalism.
First time at that Wendy’s and I am not going back to a shady place like that. Latino male working drive through 2/5 at 9pm. Silly boy

No one gives a care that you are here. Cashier with blonde highlights name Sindy is working extra hard. Everyone else on shift was picking their belly button (LITERALLY) and playing on their phone. I ordered and asked for the bathroom code, they said they didn’t have one. The door was locked. Said they were cleaning it. Manager comes out the bathroom and it’s DIRTY. I talked to the manager otw out and she said “okay thanks” that is not how you run a shift.

Rang up wrong items, then handed me food (missing and Wrong items) and took it back. Got home and 1 Burger still wrong and missing a Drink!!! Thanks for ruining our dinner
Also just found out my kids Nuggets are SPICY!!! THEY DIDN’T EVEN ASK!!!!
So extremely upset right now.

Went through drive thru and ordered a #1 and #6. Got home and only had a #1. Went back to get #6. Got home and RAW chicken! Disgusting waste of time and never again at this location. If I become ill I definitely let Wendy’s know! The photo attached showing it was only 1/2 cooked and I had a piece in my mouth when I tasted and looked at what I was eating. And on top of everything there was no receipt in the bag so no good to complain

Food was exactly as expected, service through the drive through was excellent. I originally ordered two meals with a special request for one. There was either a language barrier or a problem with the speaker and I was sure my meal wouldn’t be as ordered. The attendant confirm my meal at the window and I realized shortly after leaving that the special request was not confirmed. To my surprise later the meal was exactly as requested. 5 stars for Service and attention to detail.

Great prices menu but the staff isn’t the friendliest and sometimes you may see things or people just hanging around etc but only if you dine in..but overall very clean restaurant and good atmosphere. But if you do use the restroom I’d advise you to make sure there is toilet paper etc because for some reason the bathroom is always out of stock with the necessities and dirty.
