I mean, what can you say about JitB, they’re open 24 hours, 7 days a week so when you don’t want to cook and you’re starving at 3a, they’re there for ya! I’ve always had hit or miss with this location, as with all others. Sometimes everything and everyone is firing on all cylinders and the food and service is fabulous! Other times they don’t even seem to want to come to the drive thru window… I have only eaten inside this location once and it was clean, my son used the restroom and that was clean and stocked. For pricing, of course they have deals but if you don’t get those the pricing is a little high for fast food – especially breakfast fast food. JitB is good sometimes and not others. That’s said of any restaurant, though, really.

This has to be the fifth or sixth time that I’ve ordered tacos, explicitly said two orders of tacos, four tacos, total, and then not receive them. Been told multiple times I will not get my tacos next time unless I save my receipt, but I’m starting to think I’m not gonna go back to this location ever again, not to mention had to wait at the window for over 10 minutes before somebody said anything to me, even though they saw me there multiple times, oh and they gave me a free cheesecake I didn’t ask for or want, I simply want my order correct and to not be ignored for 10 minutes like a chump.

our family lives in eagle glen so we frequent this restaurant regularly (over years) and it’s just a good jack in the box all around, i like everyone…

This location is highly disappointing. If you go through the drive through and you don’t have a mobile order they make you wait 10 minutes to order no matter the time of day. Never ever coming to this location again. Worst experience of my life. They need to get it together.

Jack in the Box has been around forever! Like so many others my favorite are the tacos!! Today I had the two tacos with an Oreo shake and the Churros. All I can say is OMGOSH!!! I’ve never had an Oreo shake and this is the BEST shake I’ve ever had!!! It was so creamy with just enough Oreo topped off with creamy whipped cream and a . Now, let’s move onto the Churros. How did I not know they had Churros all these years?!?! (I’m 65) I gobbled them up first. Yup, desert first my whole life and still do it to this day. As long as we ate our food my brother and I were allowed to have our desert first. Of course I passed the tradition onto my son! (Now 38) Thank you to my dear friend Nicole for the Shake and Churros tip! They’re definitely keepers!!!

Not going back. Rolled up Sunday Morning (10:25am) in my H1 Hummer – Civilian version of the military Hummer. Domingo or Daniela B must have thought I was associated with law enforcement – my large Diet Coke had Zero ICE … Cute. I’m a local – never had this issue before – don’t need politics in my fast food. Tossed the breakfast sandwich and soda in the trash.
