We had octopus and seafood salad. Both were so delicious. The octopus was cooked to perfection – I highly recommend. And the seafood salad was also excellent – no need for any dressing so we had them put to the side. Great location on the beach, and live music was also very good.

We were at Restaurant El Malecon the other night. They have a large selection of sauces at the table. And then they bring out chips with more sauces. After that we shared a guacamole. My wife then had the tortilla soup and shrimp tacos, while I had the mummy shrimp. Overall the food was good as was the service. The prices are certainly Malecon and beach side prices. There was a live duet playing music and singing and they were pretty good. But the main reason for eating here is the spectacular view as we watched the sunset over the ocean. In the end that is what you are paying for.

Absolutely gorgeous right off the beach we had fresh food and an absolutely gorgeous view. There was a lady walking on the beach that provided a service of braiding my daughters hair away from the table. I had an absolutely amazing margarita, heavy pour. Completely authentic margarita made from scratch with the exception of the tequila. The pico de gallo was fresh and amazing and then we ordered ceviche which was awesome flavorful, the perfect amount of spices and the seafood was perfect inside of it. My daughter and I ate absolutely all of it. It was nice because my son was able to play under the table with the sand once done eating. It wasn’t super hot although it was in March because of the breeze from the ocean. The service was just absolutely amazing they had a performance there, so it had perfect entertainment, my kids loved it. It probably was our favorite place to eat in Puerto Valarta just an overall great experience.

We had delay in some food order, but they didn’t charge us for that and we got this part for free. That’s a real client orientation. On the top of that – the seafood is fantastic and fresh, ocean view and the birds (pelicans?) are fantastic Totally recommend this place.

I was their first customer on their new beach loungers, ,but I forgot to take a photo! Really allows you to relax. Their seafood salad 2595 pesos, and mojito, 150 pesos, was decent. They had a live musician. I would’ve preferred the loungers to be facing the beach, but they were on the side, and in the shade, right beside the music. Attentive service. I would come back here, and I would recommend it.

Wonderful location! We could not have picked a better view looking out into the ocean. The food was delicious Mexican cuisine. The staff was pleasant. Be prepared for vendors to come to your table to buy items, but they left us alone with no issues once we said no.

Our order was all screwed up. I ordered fajitas, no tortillas. My wife ordered 3 shrimp tacos and got 1 shrimp, 1 beef and 1 fish. We ordered beers with our meal and had to ask 3 times before they arrived. Bathrooms were disgusting.

We got fresh snacks. Chips were crunchy. Guacamole was tasty and freshly made to order. Had a passion fruit margarita sooo delicious. Real passion fruit. Generous serving size of snack and drinks for great price. The view of the ocean was amazing and relaxing. We got luck and were able to see a traditional native performance, nothing scheduled.
