So the best thing about this restaurant were the sides. The onion rings, the Mac n cheese, and the corn pudding were all excellent, but you did have to pay 4.50 for each side “upgrade.” The bbq food itself was just okay: ribs and brisket, were both a little dry …. Nothing at all to write home about. I’ve had worse and I’ve had a lot lot better. We aren’t from bend area, so not sure how many bbq spots they have. I wouldn’t say don’t go here or anything, but if you’ve had good bbq from Texas or Tennessee…. Don’t get your hopes up. Price seemed on par for most bbq places. All the staff were friendly.

Well this is a one and done for me. If you are hungry don’t order a steak sandwich. They ask you how you would like your ribeye steak done. Med rare, medium or well. I’m more rare to my liking. But. Ok. Med rare is fine. Opened the box it looked like a decent lil steak. Only to find a sliver of meat. I have had flank steak on fajitas more substantial. You can only cook a 5mm thick steak one way. Burnt. if you zoom in you can see the meat.

Got the Extravaganza so we could try a little of all the meats. Had the house tap Rootbeer. It was good. Brisket was good as long as you get the fatter pieces so it flavorful sn not dry otherwise thier BBQ sauce is needed. Babyback Ribs were very good. BBQ Chicken needs help, no flavor or smoke. Skin had the only flavor of the chicken. Pulled Pork was as good as a average BBQ joint. Sides were Baked Beans i really liked. Coleslaw that was fantastic. Honey Jalapeño Cornbread that lacked flavor. Couldn’t taste the Jalapeños.corn on the cob. Was one peice and neither of us wanted to finish it. Sad cob left in water to become mush. Wish it had been seasoned and smoked or something. Got a side of Mac-n-cheese. It was very good. This is supposed to feed 3-4 people. If you got appetizers and desert I’d say 4 but the 2 of us almost killed it all. Had to get the Southetn Bread Pudding as that is my favorite. It wasn’t the typical but was still a great spin on bread pudding, great end to this meal. In a whole this is a good spot to grab some BBQ I’d go back to try other things on the menu to find there best stuff. Server was very polite. Great evening.

Sauce was amazing! Brisket burnt ends were even better, fatty parts melt in your mouth like brisket should. The brisket plate was amazing too, with an amazing sauce that was different from the burnt ends adding a whole nother level of flavor. Mac & Cheese flavor was on point but could have been creamier, still very good. Baked beans on the side were the most underwhelming, flavor was good but beans seemed overcooked. Overall, an awesome meal I would come back for!

Great small BBQ joint in Bend, has excellent BBQ meat and they have 2 sauces available on tables which they could bottle up and sell (I would buy it for when I grill at home). Staff were friendly and service was quick. Only downside was parking, it’s a bit tricky in their small lot, when I arrived I was the only person there (easy) but when I left the parking lot was full and I had to pull an Austin Powers maneuver of sorts to get out. Worth it though, will be back to try a different slab of delicious BBQ meatiness again soon.

Staff were near invisible. Didn’t really care for the food. Tried the fried catfish and was disappointed. It seemed soggy on the inside. Different than any I’ve previously tried. The baked beans were eerily sweet. Too expensive in my opinion.

We got the extravaganza plate w all types of meat and a side of burnty tips . Burnty tips by far was the best part of the meal. Oh and the cherry crisp was a surprise champion. The goodness in that dessert was next level.
Waitress was great, music was too loud for a near empty restaurant.

The sauce is legendary! Ordered the brisket and a half rack of ribs, it was amazing. Sides are great and filling. Shared a regular Cesar salad, this was the most underwhelming item we ordered.
