When I finally received the food:
• The Italian cheese bread was clearly old and didn’t even pull apart.
• The pizza was cut completely wrong. After I put it in the oven to finish cooking, there was a separate middle triangle piece that wasn’t even connected to the rest of the pizza, and the pizza was undercooked and soft.
• The crazy puffs fell out because the box was open on one side.
While the young lady at the front was initially helpful, the experience went downhill afterward. When I called, the girl on the phone questioned me by saying “It’s not done?”, which was very unprofessional. The manager was also unhelpful and insisted I return to the store, which I could not do. A refund was eventually processed, but this entire experience was messy, frustrating, and unacceptable.
Staff provided little to no communication, showed visible attitude, and no manager stepped in to acknowledge delays or apologize. I was repeatedly told my remaining order was “coming shortly,” yet waited an additional 45 minutes, while my first order sat cold in the car.
Customers were also informed the store was not accepting cash, which caused confusion and frustration. At one point, customers were told no more orders were being taken at 7:00 PM, despite the store still being open for several more hours.
I fully understand that the food service industry is dealing with staffing shortages and high demand. However, lack of staffing does not excuse poor communication, misinformation, or the complete absence of customer service and leadership.
What is most disappointing is that I submitted a corporate complaint and received no response, while the store owner appears to reply only to 5-star reviews praising the business, stating that “this is what we aim for and 5 stars rating is what we like.” If that is truly the standard being aimed for, it was not reflected in the service experienced that evening.
Customers deserve acknowledgment especially when service falls far below expectations. Silence toward legitimate concerns sends the message that feedback only matters when it is positive.
We just waited an Hour for an online order and the employees were hiding in the back completely ignoring everyone.
Nothing but problems from this store!!
