Had the Italian Sub at the Grove, OK location.
Store looks pretty new. It was VERY CLEAN, and the dining room was roomy and lovely.
Staff was attentive and friendly as well.

How I got curly fries in my order I do not know. I would have never ordered such a horrible tasting thing as these curly things with a bunch of nasty on them!!! I tried them and YUK!!!!!

I h-a-t-e these type of companies that tell/ask you what your options are on combo meals but don’t tell you that some of the options cost more. Rarely go back to those types.

I have been a regular at this arbys for a couple months now, however tonight I had a horrible experience. I ordered 2 beef and cheddars. When she handed me my food at the drive thru window I immediately noticed a strong odor from my bag. I thought it was unusual because it’s never this strong, but I figured it’s roast beef so it must be a normal thing. However after doing some research this strong odor is a sign of spoilage, and not only the smell, but the gray discoloration, the holes, and the cramp in my stomach after taking ONE bite out of this sandwich. I called the store to complain and the manager in charge tonight was unwilling to supply me with a corporate number or a way to contact her boss, and after asking her for her name she HUNG UP ON ME. I tried warning her that she is selling spoiled beef and she acted like I was lying! This is outrageous, here is photo evidence of the GREY DISCOLORATION and HOLES from their spoiled meat that they are continuing to sell! I have also attached a photo of how their roast beef is SUPPOSED to look.

Got the “Loaded Italian.” There is nothing loaded about it. Very disappointing. The potato cakes and curly fries were very good though.

I don’t eat out rarely at all but I will only go to Arby’s when I do. The restaurant was super clean and my food came out hot and fresh. The fries were so crispy and some of the best that I have had. The staff was also super friendly.
