Came for breakfast yesterday and ordered in the drive thru right away. Took at least 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and another 5-10 to get our food. No receipt was given and we were not given our French toast sticks, husband had to go inside and get them they were almost burnt looking and tasted meh. Also threw out the mocha iced coffee. It was awful and had the brownie batter stuff in it. What happened to the iced coffee with just chocolate frosty put in it? That was way better. Husband’s sandwich wasn’t even warm. They were very nice people but overall we were just disappointed.

So, I want to start with the price first because I feel that’s the biggest negative. $15 for the food pictured, you can get a burger, fries and drink at a sit down restaurant for that price. This is outrageous for fast food.

Next the food, Fries were piping hot, but very unevenly salted.

Drink was good and tasted fresh.

Sandwich was creative, bur lacked execution. The chicken was flavorful but SO dry and there was plenty of mozzarella, but almost no marinara sauce. I would not spend that kind of money on unsatisfactory food again.

I was served at a moderate pace, but the employees were not very friendly. Very bland.

The customer service was HORRIBLE! Front counter girl was screaming at her co-workers, throwing food on the trays for those who had already ordered, and staff was paying no attention. Service was very slow. Very very unprofessional. Had I been the manager, I would have fired her on the spot. No apologies to customers who were waiting. We considered leaving before trying to order but it was late and the grandchildren were hungry after the ballgame. I was appalled by what we experienced at this store.

The lady taking the orders was unbelievably rude. She was yelling at people to speak up because it was loud and she couldn’t hear. We were standing back a bit after she took the order in front of us because she was getting their order ready. She walks over to the register. Says ‘ok I guess not’ and walks away. Food was as good as Wendy’s gets, but she ruined the experience. New store is beautiful.

Found a hair in my food. Asked to speak with a manager and a very unpleasant lady (Faith) tried blaming me. Not sure what was going on in her life that day but she was a very unhappy person to try and communicate with. I wasn’t trying to be rude or get anything for free. Just trying to bring this to their attention. Hairnets not being used, touching money then the food without washing or gloves. The restaurant itself was not very clean. Trash overflowing, many tables left dirty. Trash and food on the floor. Places are a product of their owner/managers. After my interaction with the manager, it is very clear why this location had all of these issues.

Terribly slow service at the drive through. Took me 8 min to order and the only other car in line was in front of me. When I got up to the window to finally pay, I could tell why. No apology for the wait. Plenty of workers standing around chatting. At one point, through their closed window, I heard a roar of laughter inside from the employees. Clearly this is more of a social time than a job for them. Will not be back.

Nasty, unsanitary staff and environment. No hair nets, no beard nets, No gloves (leaving the employees to dip their fingers in your food while carrying it). One of the ladies kept sniffing, and wiping her nose while she was putting food in the bags and serving it. They also bring your food to the front counter, plop it down, where everyone leans on and touches, and bags it in front of you, with unwashed, ungloved hands. Staff who are handling patrons money should not be handling your food. My wife and i were very grossed out here.
