LaLa was very pleasant, she brought our food to our table with a smile, even checked on us to see if we needed anything and this was during lunch rush!! As I sat there eating with my boy I witnessed her treating every customer great and almost every customer rung the bell as they left. It was nice to see this since most fast food places have employees that seem bothered by the fact you stopped to eat lol. I will be back soon and hopefully LaLa is still here!!
Completely felt disrespect in every word from the person taking the order. As a retired veteran I don’t tolerate disrespect. I asked for the managers name so I could discuss the attitude with them. First the person in the window said they were the manager of the restaurant. I called their bluff and said no way would a true GM treat a customer this way, they then said the GM wasn’t home, I asked for their name and was refused.
As I said, I don’t tolerate disrespect and as a member of VFW, and the American Legion I will be posting warnings for any veteran with any inkling of respect NOT to give a penny to this location. There are too many options in this economy for someone to be that disrespectful and expect patrons to come there.
I am not saying I have massive influence, but every dollar in this economy means something and veterans are many, our dollars count and all people deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
