Ordered 2 double cheese meals with motz sticks. My order I wanted plain and got a single with spicy cheese. The other meal was to have no pickles and had pickles on it. I couldn’t even eat my food and wasted money. If you can’t work fast food and pay attention don’t work there. Never going back. Everytime I go here my order is wrong.

I haven’t indulged in this establishment in years. It wasn’t a bad visit. I tried the French Toast Sliders– one of each – excellent. It was a new item, so I figured I’d give them a try. There was ease with placing my order. My food was freshly made to order – hot, good portions, great taste. 3 women working during this hour, all pleasant – I ordered inside. Clean establishment. Ample parking. Good savings when you download the app.

The burgers were very hot. They were delicious and done in the traditional way. Took my order quickly and received my food in a very timely manner. The 2 associates I had contact with were helpful and very pleasant. Highly recommend this White Castle location.

Stopped in at the bathroom before ordering it was really dirty in the toilet and sink looked like it has not been cleaned for over 2 weeks the toilet was litterally black! When i spoke with the manager she was very rude and said sorry we have been way too busy to clean the bathroom ! So if you dont clean your bathrooms regularly what else are you not cleaning there and is your food safe? !!! When they said that they would be with me shortly, I walked out as I was treated poorly by the manager, and the place is not clean enough to eat at! A good manager is somone who cares about the company they work for and treating the customers with respect, besides caring what condition the place is in?.

Be careful of your sauces.. I wanted and CRAVED cheese sticks!!! What the heck happened to the marina sauce?!?!? I was too mad to go back. The one late evening, I had received bad news.. and I really wanted cheese sticks.. this is what they gave me?!?!? The cheese sticks weren’t really great, and the sliders were cold.. but it took them well over 25 minutes for 2 sliders and cheese sticks.. and I was the only one in the drive thru.. so not cool!!!

This location has been here for many many years. And although I’ve only been here a handful of times, I’ve been fairly happy with the food and service. Most of the time, the food is warm and decently fresh. So that’s definitely a plus!

We’ll if you want what you didn’t order. Watch the guy pick up the French fries that came out of the container, fell on the food counter, picked them up with his bare hand, and put them back into a container. Hand me my tray, and tell me the counter is clean. Makes me want to throw up. There are so many things wrong here. The lady in front of me got the wrong order as well. A guy came in who was in the drive thru got the wrong thing. Had to come back. And the wrong order I got, I ordered the original #1. No cheese. On my tray 4 cheese sliders. She wasn’t happy about it. And then opens them, puts two together to make a double. It went to somebody at the drive thru. I had seen enough. Got my money back. Discussing.
