Every time I order something it’s cold or it’s wrong. Literally just want to get lunch one time from here and not be disappointed. How hard is it to read the ticket on the screen and give me the order while it’s hot. Literally never going back here again.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s in existence. Went through drive thru, they forgot my sauce. Went inside waited at the counter said “excuse me sir, ma’am” multiple times no one would acknowledge me. Finally got mad after 10 min and yelled and they gave me my sauce I PAID for. Got home burger hard as a rock, fries old, and no straws. If you want your order wrong, old, and no sauce this is your place!

I ordered a McDouble meal. One of the patties was fresh, but the other was very old, overcooked, and it was like show leather. I had more condiments on the wrapper and all over the outside of the sandwich then I had on the inside. My daughter got the McChicken meal and said that hers was cold and tough. I really don’t understand how it is hard to make a sandwich as if you cared that it’s your job. McDonald’s used to be a great place to go but has now become a friendless and desensitized atmosphere that is run by people who do not care if they do a quality job or not, as long as they get their paycheck.

Went to get food just before closing because I got off work late. And they ignored me and waited until closing time and turned the screen off. At least have the courtesy to say your closed.

Most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been too. Tables littered with old food and trash all over the floor, barely any customers (shown in the photos) yet the 5 employees standing by the drive thru, chit chatting, couldn’t even be bothered to speak to the few customers present. It was bad enough to the point that my mother began to clean up the trash until I explained that it wasn’t her job and if the crew didn’t wanna do theirs then they should face their consequences. My daughter never received a drink with her happy meal and my food was burnt, I’m surprised we got anything at all considering you’re supposed to take a table marker when self ordering but there were none available since they were just stacked behind the line, where, for the majority of the time, had zero employees, for a solid 15 minutes, there wasn’t one crew member even in sight, so the few customers are forced to self order. I no longer cared to do anything but leave at this point. Do NOT take your families to this McDonald’s for fear of getting food poisoning or some other disease coming from filth, not to mention your paying to do their job between placing your own order and cleaning up an area to eat then repeatedly going back to the counter or hunting down an employee to get the remaining items you paid for but didn’t receive. Why are we paying these people when they obviously serve no purpose?! They should be flat out ashamed and embarrassed. If I could put negative stars, I would. FYI…the photos do absolutely no justice.

Ordered one double quarter pounder WITH bacon nearly every time i order i NEVER get the bacon i pay EXTRA for i once again have not gotten it the large fry with my meal was barely filled amd had maybe a handful of fries that were cold and tasted old my they were unable to put the espresso shots i Ordered in my mocha frappe did not bother to offer a refund for the extra i paid for this i am EXTREMELY disappointed in the service they had maybe 4 cars in the drive thru and took TWENTY MINUTES to get my order out to me tge burger was cold as well i would give 0 stars if i could this is absolutely ridiculous!!!
