Another perfect lunch at Lotus of siam. Everything about this place seems to be at or near perfect The food is extraordinary and I had the Crispy duck with noodles in that was a truly amazing dish.
The decor is quite nice with different decorations for different rooms. The wine menu is quite professionally done and they have some excellent choices. The server was one of the most nodule I’ve ever had and knew every detail about every dish.

Disappointing Experience – Especially for the Price. September 2025 dinner. First off, the food just wasn’t good. Honestly, it might be some of the worst Thai food I’ve had in Summerlin. It’s nowhere near the quality of Lotus of Siam on the Strip. Places like Archie’s and Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen are better in comparison.
The Tom Yum soup had no depth in flavor, and the shrimp tasted far from fresh. Unfortunately, the same could be said for the shrimp in the Pad Thai—definitely not worth the extra $10 charge. If you’re going to upcharge for shrimp, it should at least be fresh and properly cooked. The noodles themselves were also disappointing.
The garlic pepper beef dish was just okay. It came drenched in sauce with little beef, despite the additional $10 charge for the meat. The one redeeming dish was the chicken curry—it was probably the best thing we had. No upcharge on the chicken. Thank goodness.
On top of that, I had made a reservation for a birthday celebration and noted that in advance. Still, we were seated all the way in the back by the curtains, which felt more like a brunch overflow area than somewhere to enjoy a special dinner. Not sure why they closed off the nicer dining section—seemed like an odd choice. Our waiter was nice. Spent w/drinks and gratuity right under $300. Do Better Lotus of Siam, Summerlin deserves it!

I have been to Lotus of Siam at Red Rocks before. I like that you have access to the restaurant without having to walk through the casino. The entrance is beautiful and fits the theme. To start, we ordered the vegetable egg rolls. They were great. The dipping sauce was perfect. My friend ordered the tofu pad Thai. She said it was one of the best she had ever had. I ordered the steamed sea bass. It was great. The presentation was beautiful. The atmosphere is visually pretty. The meal portion of our visit was thoroughly enjoyed. We did not, however, enjoy the endless, loud beat music. Very monotonous and annoying!

I recommend Lotus of Siam in Summerlin for Thai food. This place came as a pleasant surprise to us. We enjoyed all our dishes. Tom Yum with shrimp soup was so delicious! The yellow curry is also very good. This place was so good we came back for more! Enjoy!

We had our Commercial Real Estate team holiday dinner here, and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment you walk in the decor engulfs you in an elegant and culturally rich environment.
The service was phenomenal.
We had a pre-determined menu, which was excellent, and we will definitely be back in the future.

Not sure why this restaurant has low star rating. I eat there regularly and I find the food and service to be excellent. The prices are a bit high relative to other Thai places, but I think the ingredients are good quality. I suppose there is a bit of casino premium as well. I like their garlic prawns, green curry, pineapple fried rice, and papaya salad

Not super impressed overall, which was a bummer. The food was good, not great. To be honest, it was over priced. I get it, it’s in a casino so I expected it to be expensive, but I’d like to think the quality would be a closer match. Garlic prawns were good but I wanted more sauce, they were a little dry. Green curry spicy level 2 was closer to spicy level 4 and WAY too salty. The veggies in the Basil fried rice were cut really big and not cooked enough. Biting into a large chunk of practically raw onion is really unpleasant.
Our server was very nice and mildly attentive.
The decor was beautiful, but was ruined by the awful loud music that was playing. It really killed the vibe. To be charged $140 for dinner for two people, and get blasted with shitty pop music was a bummer.

This was my first visit to this location and all I can say is WOW! The inside has a bright, open feel with skylights and cool decor that really takes the experience to a whole other level. For a local casino, it feels like I’m on the strip, because the inside was so nicely done. The seat cushions were soft and comfy and the booth was large enough for our group of 5. My friends had been there before, so they recommended the garlic shrimp which was huge and piled high! The shrimp were fried and the shells were separated from the shrimp and made in a way where everything was light and edible. The garlic sauce wasn’t too garlicky and had the perfect flavor – it was so good, we got a 2nd order! We also tried the orange chicken, chicken curry, and fried chicken wontons. Plus white rice and crab fried rice. Everything was fresh, flavorful and not too spicy. It was hot enough for my friends who love heat and mild enough for the rest of us who don’t. Everyone had a great experience and service was attentive the entire time. Another benefit is the restaurant is at the front of Red Rock on the Charleston side, near the east garage, so we parked out front and walked right in (entrance was a few steps inside the casino). I would love to go back when I’m in the area!

The restaurant has a sophisticated look and a lively atmosphere, likely due to its location inside the casino. We were greeted by a friendly host and server, and the cocktails looked great, though taste-wise they were just okay.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations. The menu was medium-sized but felt limited in variety. I ordered a signature sea bass with gingerat $40+ I expected something special, but it came with just two extremely small pieces of fish, overwhelmed by ginger and green onion. My friend’s $50+ set menu was equally disappointing, tiny portions and very little flavor.
We waited around 30 minutes for a table, which was understandable without a reservation, but the meal overall just wasn’t worth the price. Between the underwhelming dishes and high cost, I wouldn’t return, at least not that location.

The restaurant is well decorated. The food was very bland. Out of 5 dishes and dessert. Only the orange chicken was decent. Pad Thai, Pineapple fried rice, Pad See Ew, and other dishes needed more flavor. Service was good.
