I ordered online for a later time and still my order wasn’t ready when I arrived because they were still cooking tenders. Seems like they would know an order is coming up so they should have everything cooked. Had to wait and 10 minutes when I thought I would just count in, get my food, and leave. Food was a bit salty for my liking, but the chicken was very tender and juicy. The potatoes have the texture of instant, so I was not impressed. The restaurant was clean, no issues there. And the staff was friendly.

I had a great experience at the West Ridge Road location! My online order was at the wrong store, but the staff were incredibly polite, patient, and helpful in getting my order fixed. They made the process easy and stress-free. My food was ready super fast and tasted delicious. Huge thanks to the team for their kindness and great service!

I actually would’ve gave this location 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but the customer service has been going down hill.
The food is not as fresh as it once was and sometimes they forget to give your cookie in the $5 dollar box (not good)
My kids love the pot pies and chicken strips from here. They have always loved coming to this location for years
The drive thru is always fast, which is why I did give 4 stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hopefully I can change that 4 into a 5 real soon… as it should be

Absolutely rip off of a business. Not sure if other kfc’s are better but every time I have been here I get screwed over on portions. I ordered a chicken sandwich, the bag says “fried to order” , I always love getting this sandwich because it is fresh. They are supposed to give you a big piece of fried chicken breast/thigh not sure exactly what piece , but I know they should not be giving old stale/soggy/rubbery chicken tenders out in a sandwich. I payed 30 dollars for 4 chicken tenders and bread…. Also, ordered larger fry’s…the container is half empty….

Went through the drive through, no original recipe ready, was told 15min for chicken. Paid at the window 44.27, and was told to pull up and park. Had forgotten to give cashier coupon for the order of 12piece meal for 25.99. Doors to go into talk to someone were locked, had to go around the drive through again. Explained forgot to deduct the coupon, which was about. 15.00 difference and the girl said too late nothing she can do. I asked cant you refund and recharge the amount, i dont even have the food yet, as it wasn’t ready yet. Was told nope. Very shitty service, and could not even go in the store to see a manager as doors were locked at 6pm on a Thursday evening.

I’ve had bad experiences with this KFC almost every time i have gone within the past year. Almost every time something is wrong, and when I go through again to let them know, the manager (heavier, older woman) is very rude and argumentative. I have tried to file a complaint about her specifically, but that resulted in her calling me and telling me that “none of her staff is like that” when its her thats the issue. I went there tonight on my way home from work and ordered a large fries. What i got was not a full large fries, as well as tons of chicken bits mixed into it. I also had to go back through because they forgot my sauces (which i paid for) but i unfortunately didn’t notice the fries until i was already home. I tried to call, but received no answer. The customer support here literally doesn’t exist. They don’t do anything to fix an issue they create, and get mad at you for asking them to do so. All they do is say “sorry about that” on reviews, or tell me I’m wrong in person or over the phone. Really want to keep coming here cuz it’s the only KFC close by, but that manager (that everyone keeps complaining about in the reviews) makes it a horrible experience.

The KFC experience continues its downward spiral. Thought I could get an accurate order through the app but noooo. I ordered (2) 8 piece VARIETY buckets but got all dark meat. We are done with KFC. But at least the mashed potatoes and coleslaw was good. But not $63 good.

The dude in front of us lost his shit while ordering and the girl behind the counter went straight to thug instincts. Not cool with my 13 year old next to me. The food was greasy and small portions. Its no wonder these places are closing left and right.
