Arby’s has a special place in my life not just because of the food but because of the tradition I have tied to it. The Beef and Cheddar and curly fries are always my go to. There is something about the warm roast beef piled high, the cheddar sauce, and the soft onion roll that hits perfectly. When you add the seasoned curly fries it turns into the ultimate comfort meal.
What makes it even more meaningful is that I only eat Arby’s once a year after I have a successful deer hunt. It has become my reward and celebration and something I look forward to all season long. That first bite of a Beef and Cheddar after a hard earned hunt is unbeatable.
Arby’s is not just fast food for me. It is part of a tradition, a marker of success, and a reminder to enjoy life’s simple but satisfying rewards.

Drive through was fast. order was completely wrong. My classic roast beef had cheese I didn’t request cheese and there was onions on it. Tomato wasn’t taken off of my chicken sandwhich like requested. Was given a small instead of a medium fry like i paid for. and was given the wrong count of mozzerella sticks when i paid for 6. We went all the way back up there to be told there was nothing that could be done about it. NOTHING WAS EATEN but since “it was touched” and unwrapped they wouldn’t fix it when we wrapped the sandwhiches back up after noticing they were wrong. $30 for two meals and majority of it wasted on sanwhiches that wont be eaten. Didn’t know a fast food restaurant could mess up so bad and expect the person to still eat it . Wont ever return to this location. I’ll drive to loves park if i want Arbys absolutely pissed.

I ordered 2 meals thru door dash, when it got here only one meal was delivered. First I called the store who said they sent it out. Then I called the driver who said he delivered everything soooo… then I put them on a 3 way call. That’s right! And everybody denied everything, driver said he didn’t have my food, Arby’s wouldn’t give me any food or a refund. 0 stars for driver Joesph and his girlfriend who tried to get smart over speaker phone. 0 stars for the Arby’s manager hollering from the back.

I enjoyed my visit to Arby’s for the most part, my meal was correct and tasted good. I came in on Thursday, May 29, 2025 and everything was great with my experience except for the staff. They were not very friendly during my visit unfortunately. I am not usually in Rockford so it’s not likely I will return but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if in the area. (Written 6-5-25)

Well it is fast food and reliable to replicate the brand food-wise. Our service was outstanding. Even with our to-go order at the end. Hopefully all the employees are like that but in my experience it was a great team.

I visited this location and had an awesome visit. There was a younger gentleman maybe mid 20s I believe he said his name was keyon not sure how to spell it. But he had awesome customer service. He was very polite and friendly, made us laugh a few times while ordering and waiting for our food and even asked us if we needed anything else after bringing our food out to us instead of calling our names like the other locations do. We will definitely return to this location because of the energy and vibe we feel at this location.

Honestly don’t know how this location has so many good reviews. The customer service I was met with was an absolute joke. I ordered at the drive thru and when i got to the window they gave me the wrong food. I pulled forward and checked my bag. I’m glad I did because it was someone else’s. Walked back and handed the food back and was asked to come inside to fix it. I went inside and was met by the female shift manager. Her customer service and communication with both customers and employees was absolutely terrible. Instead of remaking my food. She claimed I was visually upset and that “she was going to refund my money and call it a day and not deal with this” I’ve been coming to this location for years. Bye I will gladly go somewhere else.
