Far and away the most poorly-managed McDonald’s I’ve ever been to- and I’ve visited McDonald’s in a dozen countries. Items constantly missing, they consistently give Sprite out that is nothing more than soda water, and every time they mess something up, they expect you to drive back for them to fix their mistake. My order was missing a $12.49 combo tonight (1/24/26) and their excuse was the dude working the drive thru was in training even though the same dude has handed me incorrect orders twice in the past two weeks. Here’s a pic of the LARGE fry I ordered fresh out of the bag..

They gave me a chicken deluxe sandwich with no chicken.
This is the second time they have missed a major portion of the food that I ordered. People don’t have time to return to your business when you cannot provide what they paid for.
They made it again and gave me a cookie for my birthday.

Met expectations. We have not been to a McDonalds in YEARS. We were heading out early for the day and needed a quick bite. Ordered in the app (niece said we should dload). Placed the order and they were bringing it to us in the pickup spot #5 within 3 minutes of ordering. Gotta say…was surprised. Nice job!

These guys are my HOMIES!! All the other Williamsburg McDonalds suck for some reason. But not this one. The staff is so nice and my order has never been wrong. No sauce packets or straws left behind. I imagine some of them recognize me at this point because I embarrassingly go to this location a ton. 🙂

I would give them a zero if I could, I placed an online order like I do every week and the service i received from Keisha and whoever else was terrible my burger was RAW and I even explain how I don’t drive and had someone else take me up there and they refused to do anything about it unless I could come in store. I placed an order online so I don’t understand why they couldn’t help me. I’m disabled and it extremely hard for me to get a ride to go anywhere

I try to give a business the benefit of a doubt, and this is my 3rd time trying this location. After today never again all 3 times where horrible and all 3 of the times had the same manager. You never see the same employees though. It’s been new people every time.. she is the only thing that is the same, and I completely understand why they can’t keep help there.. if she’s that rude to customers I can’t imagine how she treats the employees… they are not just rude they are racist.. my daughter came alone at first and they thought it was fun to make gun jokes and say things like hold your gun don’t shoot me.. and laugh it off and say I’m just joking.. said she can’t order sweet tea with a combo.. so she came home and I came up here with her. No problem asking for tea not.. Guess what the difference was between me and my daughter.. I brought it up to the manager and of course she’s okay with it and says he just jokes like that.. don’t not waist your money on this place. If there’s something wrong with your food just ask for your money back because these people are so nasty and rude they just might spit or do something to your food if you simply ask for your food to be correct.. all 3 times have been the same experience
