I just went through to drive through at their store and ordered a Ham and Swiss melt with extra cheese, curly fries and cheese cup.. My sandwich was cold, cheese was not melted and cheese tasted stale and the cheese cup looks like somebody squirted one squirt of cheese in there!! I will NEVER be back here. I also tried to call and talk to the manager, but no one ever answered their phone.

Don’t waste your time and money. Most of the experiences here that I’ve had has been awful. The roast beef will have green splotches on the majority of the meat… The bottom bun will have so much uncooked white flour on the bun that it makes the whole thing inedible… most of the curly fries that you get won’t even be full fries… just tiny little shriveled up pieces of grease… I love Arby’s, but this location consistently churns out disgusting food that just ends up in the garbage.

While waiting on our food, there was an argument between a coworker and a Manger (something happen with an order) they was going back in forth. The guy the works on the line was confused what happened to my order he was so kind. Once I got home with my food I was missing an item for my French dip and it was soggy, and my grandmother crispy chicken was burnt. It was black (we cut in half and it was bad) (picture shown). I will never return to this place. I feel bad for the customers who was int he drive thru hearing all this, but also I get the frustration because I worked in fast food so I get it but not yelling at each other making a scene. Wasted 40 dollars for food the was unbearable to eat. Never again.

Git in the door there were 10 people waiting including a door dash There were 4 people working looking confused and bs’ing One older lady manager erratic and frantic trying to figure our her job No real leadership just chaos No one wore head gear or gloves One guy took out trash and came back in to work fries didn’t wash hands One guy went to bathroom also didn’t Manager had a vape on the counter and was using it Place looked dirty and old broken counter and gross bathrooms Took them 15 minutes to even acknowledge my presence to ask if I’d ordered then another 5 to take my order Making it didn’t seem to take long But the food was cold and bun was smashed The mozz sticks were good and hot tho Got the 1/2 lb meal and it was 20$ way too high 6 for the sticks alone Do better people

Horrible experience. Cashier and drive thru lady was nasty, rude. She TOTALLY lacked the listening skills that would afford me the opportunity to to place a simple order for my autistic son. This was a congratulatory gift for winning his football game that day. I placed the order and she still got it wrong. Drove 13 miles home to discover the sandwich that was ordered PLAIN W/PICKLES ONLY!! was a sloppy, drippy mess..I just threw it in the trash… This location will soon close just like the others if they keep going like this..see pictures below

I have visited inside 2 times in last few weeks. They are extremely slow and unorganized, they don’t wait on the counter for up to 5 mins, they act like they are brand spanking new, and I can’t believe people actually keep coming here. It is one of the worst fastfood restaurants in Louivsille and we work all around town. I walked out without an order after waiting while she was doing what seemed like nothing important. The last visit I waited forever and they were so confused where my food went lost to so they remade it.

Nothing but crust for a “chicken sandwich” asked specifically for no tomatoes but added then anyway. If I was allergic I would have eaten them just to sue. asked twice about the shake flavor and never got it but added an extra slider I didn’t ask for. When asked about my order he just grunted and stared at me. I will be sure to go out of my way to not come back to this Arby’s

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Mrs. Felicia at Arby’s for giving me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. This well-mannered, gracious lady made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I stepped in. She set the tone of that warm Southern friendliness you don’t always find everywhere—but when you do, you feel it deep.
I asked for hot fries, and without hesitation, she said, “No problem,” and made it happen with a smile. That simple act, done with care, made a big impression. It’s clear Mrs. Felicia treats people the way she’d want to be treated—and it shows.

Good doesn’t even deserve a star. Ordered 2 chicken Cordon Blue sandwiches and the paper they wrapped in was stuck to the cheese after they microwaved it. Literally no cheese on Arby sandwiches. Fries were over cooked and of course no one answered the phone when I called to speak to the manager. Haven’t been to one in over a year because of a rude girl working at one in St Mathew’s. Thought this location might be better. We were wrong!
