Ordered online today a pizza and some hoagies. Opened my sandwhich to do a precheck for the ‘OK TO PROCEED’ only to find they made me an ‘LT’ instead of a BLT.

I eat here at least twice a week. Lunch specials are fantastic. I see the same employees there for years so very little turn over, which speaks volumes for their culture. Placed an order for an item I hadn’t ordered In awhile and couldn’t remember one of the toppings I usually get and the woman actually remembered!!! That is excellent customer service you just don’t see nowadays.

Another update as of 05/06/2025 The wedge I had today was the best ever.. To find out the onions went from white to purple about 2 months ago It’s a GAME CHANGER & like always excellent experience today……06/27/2023 Updated review from 1 yr ago… Went for sit down lunch with 8 grandkids & 3 other adults.. Yes alittle crazy but overall not bad (meaning kids) The stuff were excellent & the food was perfect !!!! Now I must add since the (1 yr plus) last time i ordered foxes the bread tasted different in a not good taste to me.. THANKS FOR BRINGING BACK THE CHEESY BREAD TASTE with warm sauce for dipping used to offer cold sauce :/ .. & Thanks for putting up with Our crazy bunch today !!!

The best foxes pizza anywhere around. Fastest delivery of any restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. I believe I might be their number 1 customer, i order sometimes several times a week to be delivered to my work. Delivery drivers are always friendly and get here way before the scheduled time. Food is always perfect. Out of probably 100 orders only 1 has been incorrect. 10/10 would recommend this foxes location over any other

This place always has amazing food. Today my hoagie was wrong upon delivery. I called in and they were so kind and apologetic. Got a correct hoagie to me so fast and the driver was kind upon second delivery. They have such amazing customer service. Today was the first time I have ever had an incorrect item and they were so fast to remedy.

If you are wise, you will not order from this Foxes location. I had a delivery order which I paid for by my bank card. About a week or so later, I noticed unauthorized Uber charges on my account. Now I hadn”t used this particular card for anything else except the purchase from Foxes so I know it had to have been hacked by someone from Foxes pizza.

Tonight, my husband ordered pizza for us.
I’m lactose intolerant, which he knows. I can handle small amounts of dairy, however cheese on pizza gives me bad consequences.
While placing our order, he wrote ‘no cheese’ on mine.
My pizza was delivered with cheese on it. When i called the Lower Burrell locationp(around 9pm), i explained that we wrote it in the order about not wanting cheese. The representative did not respond nor offer to correct .
When we checked the email receipt it did not have the comment we made.
Between the faulty online system and lack of communication, we will not be ordering from here again.

Very good pizza. Haven’t been here for almost 8 years. Some bad pizza’s back then. Finally got back to them. 1 traditional & 1 hand tossed. Whole family really liked them. We are picky. Definitely will be back.
