Was really hoping the other reviews were wrong. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive through even with only two cars in front of me. The person taking the order sounded like they hate their job. I get to the window and they don’t have my order in the system so I tell her again and she gives me the incorrect food. And I did not recieve a receipt so no idea what i was even charged for. The food itself tastes fine (I just got soup which they recieve premade so pretty hard to mess that up). Service was terrible.

Placed an online order. A couple of half and half soup and sandwich, Mac and cheese, pretty easy. One of the items had the wrong soup; mine was avocado and chicken. Most of my chicken was skin. The person behind the counter was only interested with the girl in the other room, never asked what name was on our order. We noticed several orders on the counter behind him so we ask about our order, which was one of the ones sitting there getting cold. Some major training needed on the Sunday afternoon team

Ralph the current manger is OUTSTANDING. He does his job fantastic. One of my order needed to be updated and he did it without an issue & was so not only accommodating he was COMPLETELY understanding! He deserves a raise & needs to be known to the company for his amazing personality and demeanor! The wait to place your order maybe a few minutes because the cashier likes to make small talk with the customers. I usually order at the kiosk to save time. The wait for pickup can take a while after 2:00 when it tends to get busy. I recommend the Turkey and Cheddar cold sandwich. It was a hearty sandwich with lots of turkey, cheese, tomato, purple onions and lettuce. I like the atmosphere, which offers cozy booths with a view of the parking area.

I went to this Panera thinking everything would be my usual good old experience but it wasn’t. I got the Mac and cheese and it was very watery and just all around disgusting(even another family next to me ordered one to and theirs was the same ). When my mom said something they didn’t seem bothered by it. I like to get it with smoked pulled chicken(definitely recommend) and they forgot to give me that so I had to go back and get that. My mom got a pick two with a soup and a salad and they forgot to give us the soup so had to go get that too. All around bad experience and the best thing in the table was the bread and drinks.
