My girlfriend and I just went to Cromwell BK for some lunch. We were greeted by Q in the drivethru and he was so helpful and patient! This guy made our experience so great. All the food was fresh and hot, and they gave us napkins and sauces! Thanks Q! We will be back!

Went to drive thru. Got all the food we ordered and it was hot! Burger King in general food has gone downhill. Update. We went again because we didn’t have time to eat before seeing my aunt at apple rehab. We went through the drive through and ordered some food and a couple of chocolate shakes. The pictures below are what they handed us for chocolate shakes. One guy brought the other served them. They should be ashamed for actually giving them to customers. If we had more time I would have went in and talked to a manager. Unbelievable. So they went from a 4 to a 2.

I had a great experience at Burger King recently, and I just had to share! The service was excellent, and Gustavo truly stood out with his friendly attitude and attention to detail. He made sure everything was perfect with my order and greeted me with a warm smile that really made my day.
The entire morning staff was also fantastic—fast, efficient, and upbeat, even during the breakfast rush. It’s clear they work well as a team and take pride in providing great customer service. My food was fresh, hot, and came out quickly.
Big thanks to Gustavo and the morning crew. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I don’t know what this nasty, hairy thing on my bun is but I’m completely disgusted and will never get BK again. I thought we could give Cromwell a chance since I swore off Portland but nope. And on top of it all this wasn’t even the burger I ordered. Gave us Whoppers when we ordered Bacon Cheeseburgers.

The assistant manager made me wait 15 minutes while she tried to get a hold of the store manager over her cell phone, because she thought the $5 store credit I had used in my mobile order was “suspicious”. She never apologized and when I was several miles away, I noticed both sandwiches I ordered were incorrect: the crispy sandwich did not have lettuce and the whopper only had mayo and mustard (attached picture). I am very disappointed with the whole experience. Stay away from this place!

Ordered a Halloween burger on Halloween burger came with out the bacon and other ingredients were clearly thrown on burger. Mind you this is a 10.00 meal. I asked if they can make a new one. Manager asked why I mention it didn’t look appetizing and it’s missing bacon. She refused to make a new one and just had cook throw cold bacon on bottom of burger…finally I went back and just asked for a refund. 3people questioned me and it took 7 mins to figure out how to refund just sandwich. I came in to eat lunch with my client and no one asked if I would like something else. Very rude management and staff was not any better.
