DEBRA… the employee that took my order had such a bubbly attitude and her personality had great customer service all over it. She was so polite and even comical to an extent. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming inside of this Popeyes. This was above and beyond my expectations, the only thing that made it one point less than perfect to me, was the lack of cleanliness. Place could use a nice dusting and mopping. There was a daddy long legs in the window sill where I was sat at. Harmless spider, but I don’t care. The service was great! The cashier admitted that she was new and she got the manager to help redeem my points to get a free chicken sandwich dinner. The wife and I enjoyed our fries and our burger to the fullest. The wife and I paid for four biscuits and a drink. The biscuits were perfect and everything was delicious! I would recommend this Popeyes over any others in town in the Nueces county area! 5/5 stars! Best experience I’ve ever had!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. They ignore you when you go inside to ask about your mobile app order ♀️, After 30 minutes looking at all the people who grabbed their order before you and they arrived after you The bad-tempered woman tells you that someone else took your order, and scream at you but they never said your name or the number of your order. Manager touching his nose when he grabs your food, no one uses the hair net, employee coughing when handling the food, I don’t like that place. The reason I went was because my daughter, who had just left the hospital, asked me to please go get an order because she wanted chicken. The good thing is that God is good and everyone pays what they deserve!!!! Went to popeyes today ordered some chicken dippers , a #2 combo and a biscuit. Waited outside for 25 minutes so that my order could be cold and i didnt even get my biscuit. Was already on the road when i realized my biscuit was missing and i wasnt going back . I live out of town and dont come often , 2nd time ever coming to popeyes and this is not what i was expecting at all. Wont ever come again. 1st time i went it took 35minutes for two sandwiches and they were also cold .A 25 minute wait, i shouldve had my food hot and not forgotten. They also have the door open which is causing bugs to go inside the restaurant. I do not recommend this popeyes in calallen tx. Sorry but you need better staff.

We order a 10 piece blackened tenders and they gave me a 10 piece breaded tenders, they forgot to give us a drink as well. Tried to call for like 15 mins straight and not one single person picked up the phone. We ordered online so it’s super annoying that they can’t follow a simple order. I also wouldn’t be so annoyed if the food was actually good but the tenders were cold and hard.

The management needs to get this crew working more efficiently, 100% order completion, and focused on kitchen clean up.
