I’ve had good experiences the 2 times I’ve been here before but recently, I did not. It was the only thing I ate and I was up with a terrible stomach ache in the wee hours in the morning knowing it could only be that food I ate. I should’ve had an inkling with how dirty the bathroom was. It smelled heavily of pee and the toilet seat was filthy. My husband told me he had an experience with his food not being cooked well last time. I hope it improves but I won’t be back because I do not take it lightly to eat somewhere and have stomach issues soon after. I also really don’t like filthy bathrooms. It speaks volumes.

I visit your restaurant about twice a week and usually enjoy the food and service. However, today I had a disappointing experience that I wanted to bring to your attention.
I ordered two 3-piece chicken tenders and two orders of fries to go. When I got home, I realized one of the chicken tender orders was missing. I drove all the way back and spoke with Eddie at the front counter. He checked and admitted he had only charged me for one order by mistake.
I explained that I had to make the trip back because of the restaurant’s error and asked if he could comp the missing order as a courtesy. He refused.
As someone who has been a loyal customer and visits regularly, I found this response very disappointing. In the restaurant business, good customer service is everything — even large chains like McDonald’s will make it right when an order is wrong. This experience made me feel that my loyalty wasn’t valued, and unfortunately, I don’t plan to return after this.
I wanted the owner to know that a simple act of goodwill could have kept a regular customer.

This was abismal. The rotisserie chicken was literally GREY. The buns on the chicken sandwiches were FROZEN in the middle. The cheese was like a brick. The sides tasted like what I imagine prison food tastes like. Chicken tenders were clearly frozen. Idk WHO is enjoying the food here and HOW. Left the place with nausea and stomach knots.

I’ve visited multiple La Rosa locations and never had a bad experience. The food always tastes fresh, well seasoned, and delicious. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and quick at getting your order ready. The LA Rosa bowl is a great option for lunch or dinner as it includes a salad, a protein and some rice. Their Buffalo wings are also top quality. And the pricing is very reasonable. If you haven’t tried this place, I bet it will be one of your favorites, once you do.

Ordered through Ubereats. Got sweet potatoes instead of mashed potatoes, the corn had 0 flavor, (worse than canned corn) and the chicken was extremely bland and very greasy. The cornbread had very little flavor and everyone knows the cornbread is what makes a good meal. Out of the whole meal the sweet potatoes (which i didn’t order) were the best part of the meal. Sad, La Rosa has now disappointed me to the point where I can’t spend my money on it anymore. They used to be sooo good, now you’re better off getting a rotisserie chicken from Costco, and save some money.

I’m totally disappointed . I went to the store and ordered a quarter chicken with cucumbers and tomatoes, I really wanted mashed potatoes, but they did not have it. Neither sweet mashed potatoes nor regular mashed potatoes were available. I stated I’ll take Pilaf Rice. I received mac and cheese instead, and I told the person behind the counter that’s not what I ordered. He told me I ordered mac and cheese when, in fact, the other person ordered it, not me.
So he took my order, scooped out the mac and cheese, placed a small cup of rice on the side, and placed it in the bag. I didn’t look inside the bag and I noticed it when I got to my destination. I actually took a picture of this. This was the Old Bridge location. Not to worry, I will NEVER go there again. By the time I returned, the place was closed. I threw it out the food who knows what else he did. It was totally unsatisfactory and disgusted with this service. Stay far away from who know what else they done.
The Manager and I spoke a few days later. He apologized and requested that I come back and he will replace my order. When I returned a few day’s later, the original order I asked for I received. Very professional the manager and I spoke for a few minutes. The food was good according to my neice. Basically I got home, placed the order on the table. Went to my car to bring in packages and surprise my neice was eating my order. Can’t make this up and she told me the chicken was great. Thank You again and I edited my review.

Great food. Love the chain. Online ordering could be easier. Best sides around from a quick service. Vikes & tomatoes are always good. Fresh salads. Always green! Packaging is perfect. Wish it was closer to my house. I’ll be back. Thanks for the birthday cookies!

I haven’t had this in some time, and I find their rotisserie chicken saltier than say the grocery store brand, but they seem to have a lot more meat on them. The sides can be somewhat bland, but it sure as heck beats going for fast food if you want to pick up dinner for the family.
The staff was courteous and friendly and the service was fast.
