This Arooga’s is a MUST visit! Tina, Chris, Paige, and the entire staff here are phenomenal! They have incredible wings with an awesome assortment of sauces, many of which are award winning, and they take a lot of pride in making. I highly recommend checking this location out!

This was a spare of the moment, quick visit, after work, for a drink and appetizers.
We ordered wings and Mazzorela sticks. The cheese sticks were delicious, the wings, just okay. Could have been tenderer. The Bloody Mary was very nicely presented and just right.
The place was not busy and there was plenty of parking, on this Tuesday.

They have some really delicious wings. A bit pricey, but good. Three service was friendly, our food got to us quickly and the restaurant was clean. Even enjoyed a boxing match while eating dinner.

Since moving to Harrisburg 17 months ago, we have eaten at this Arooga’s weekly because we enjoyed their fantastically tasty and nicely portioned fajitas. Alas, our good fortune has run out!
Not only has there been a price increase, but the quality of the chicken fajita meat has been greatly reduced. No more long strips of juicy and tender grilled white meat chicken! What now sits on top of the onions and peppers are small piles of what looks like scraps of leftover flavorless boiled chicken. I took a picture of a few of the pieces I had to set aside because they were fatty and slimy and totally untasty looking. What a disappointment at this substandard change! In the past we told many of our friends about how good the fajitas are there, but now feel we may never return again, because the change was that drastic. If I were the waitress, I would have been embarrassed to serve two such disgusting platters of chicken pieces….. I’m only sharing this review because it was such an abrupt and total turnaround from what we had experienced and had been raving to our friends about. It was gross and pathetic and frankly, should be embarrassing to Aroogas. What a shame. Raise the price and lower the standard…. 🙁

I have had Arooga’s food since it opened when I was in highschool! I have been really into the street tacos lately. The crab pretzel also still lives to its glory. ❤️

I used to love this place but not sure what’s happening with this restaurant as of lately. I ordered 2 trays of fries and got this. The second container is missing so many fries. They forgot my veggies and got the wrong kid of sauce. Also the sauce is more like a dressing,,, all liquid, no thicksness at all. I usually don’t write reviews but this is the 3rd time so I think it’s a habit? Save your money, 2 “trays” of fries and 10 wings = $31… Spend your money somewhere else.

the girl who served our group gave everyone the adult drinks they ordered but when 3 of us got here a bit late and ordered theirs she denied serving them because one of them forgot their ID. she wouldn’t serve ANYONE who showed up with the one who forgot the ID. On top of that they sat us at a table that had absolutely no leg room underneath. terrible server with a terrible attitude and the place is also an absolute bore and uncomfortable to physically sit in.
