Very disappointing experience at Panera Bread. The attendant/ Cashier had a rude attitude and was not helpful at all. On top of that, the food quality was terrible. The sandwich they served me was clearly burnt, as you can see in the photo, and it tasted dry and overcooked. For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. Customer service and food quality really need improvement.

Only went for tea. Which was good. Usual a clean and friendly panera near a main street.

I get food here all the time, and I’m just going to say that Sara is the absolute best! There was an issue with doordash, which was out of their control, and she made a stressful situation so simple. 100% recommend this place. Their employees care about their customers. I go here all the time and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you so much!

Ordered a couple of breakfast bagels to dine in. After repeating order 3 times because of a language barrier, we grabbed a table. The order was 1 bagel with ham and cheese and one bagel with egg. After a 10 minute wait, the person that took the order walked over and gave us 2 PLAIN bagels. I got up brought them back and explained the order was incorrect to the same person that took the order and brought them to us. He then turned to the cook and tried to explain to him the issue….in a foreign language. I know, shocker. So between the two of them it wasn’t getting resolved. Finally a manager came over. English wasn’t his first language either. After realizing what the issue was, he was able to complete the order. While waiting at the counter for the order, I noticed another guy standing there with a to go bag. He said that’s why he had to come back. WRONG ORDER. Hint: If you’re going to run a business here, in America, you need to hire English speaking employees if they’re dealing with the public. Employees that assimilate. This used to be a great establishment. Not anymore.

The GM at Quincy Panera helps people how he sees fit to. I walked in, to p/u an order, was told they were waiting on something to cool, so I step aside. Another woman walks in 3 minutes after me, to pickup the same exact thing, but he was able to prepare it for her. Maybe he was doing it as an attempt to flirt, but when I called him out on it, he played dumb- almost trying to gaslight me, like he didn’t understand what I was saying. THIS IS WHY I GO TO & LOVE THE BRAINTREE PANERA!

Staff seemed engaging. Unfortunately, there was a mouse running around the dining room area by the fireplace. Obviously, mice in a restaurant isn’t unbelievable…I’m not that naive….but a mouse running repeatedly during the day with people dining eating….NOPE

Panera bread is the best. Get the sipnclud. Drink free drinks . Work . Take a nap. It’s all good here. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and eat some good food and to be left alone. This is the place to go. They always have allowed me to be me here

Never have had a bad drink bad meal or bad time when I find myself in their restaurants

Good food but not the best dine-in experience.

Went for brunch and split the chipotle chicken and egg on ciabatta and sausage egg and cheese on Asiago. Both sandwiches were flavorful, delicious, and had a good filling to bread ratio. Also got the charged lemonade – disclaimer: charged lemonades have more caffeine and sugar than a Mountain Dew, so tread lightly.

The food saved the review here, because the tables were littered with old trash from previous guests and crumbs everywhere. Went to wipe down the table ourselves but had to ask for napkins. Also, they didn’t have any silverware and only had plastic utensils available. One one note, the table we sat at was next to a painting of fruit, which had multiple flies on the painting.

Overall, Panera’s food hits the spot and would definitely come again…. but might skip dining in and get food to go.

Truly embarrassing decline in quality at Panera over the last ten years. $14 for this weird, barely thawed, shredded chicken that literally has less color than cat food. Humans are crazy, nothing here is affordable or good.

Husband and I stopped there for a quick sandwich and soup before we headed into Boston to go see a concert. I want to give a special mention about the manager, Milton. He was super helpful and very pleasant to speak to. I did speak to him in regards to them having a Tabasco sauce packets.(I like it for my tomato soup ) When I inquired with him in regards to their being no Tabasco sauce, he let me know that he was going to definitely be ordering more. I guess the issue there is when it’s put out with the condiments, some “inconsiderate” people (And that’s my word not his) proceed to grab handfuls of it and take it home with them which then leaves none for anybody else. So when he informed me that he would be ordering more, I made the lighthearted suggestion of.” Maybe they should keep it behind the counter and only hand out what is actually asked for”. We both laughed. He said he completely understood my frustration about their being none and promised that there would be some the next time I came in. So again thank you to the staff who are very professional and again a big thank you to the manager Milton. Thanks “the Tabasco lady”
