Social Profile:

Miss Pho is a new restaurant and noodle bar, owned and operated by Thu Tat, a seasoned restauranteur with over 15 years of experience serving Seattle’s foodies. Known for leading her family’s restaurant Hue Ky Mi Gia in Kent, WA and making it a legendary stop for comforting bowls of traditional Vietnamese and Chinese noodle soups, she always had a passion for the unique flavors found in Vietnamese cuisine. She saw a gap in the market for a restaurant that focused on traditional pho but with unique regional variations. With the opening of Miss Pho, she brings the diverse flavors of all three regions of Vietnam – North, Central, and South and introduces diners to authentic Vietnamese dishes that are hard to find locally.

Miss Pho stands out when it comes to their Pho Hanoi (beefy, garlicky noodle soup and has an egg), Pho Sate (beefy, rich and spicy noodle soup), and garlic butter chicken wings (with garlic butter calamari as a secondary/back up option if wings aren’t available). The beef salad is also good if you want some veggies. And always get a vietnamese ice coffee!

Wait times can be long on the weekends, so try to go during off hours.

Faves: Garlic butter chicken wings, pho sate, pho hanoi, beef salad, vietnamese ice coffee

I stopped in by myself and grabbed a seat at the wooden bar. I ordered a bowl of pho with just beef tendon. I loved that they let me customize it that way since it’s pretty rare to find a place that does a tendon-only bowl, and they loaded it up with a generous pile of fresh bean sprouts. The broth had good flavor, but it definitely leaned on the salty side. I ended up downing quite a few glasses of ice water after I finished.

After going I fully understand why people say it’s the best pho spot in Seattle!
Starting with the pho; it’s exactly what you want. The broth is perfect. So aromatic, perfectly salted. The meats are generous and fresh. The noodle ratio excellent. The accoutrements (basil, lime, sprouts) all fresh.

I had the Ha Noi Style. It was a delight. My dining partner had the pho tai. I’d get them again and again.
The Vietnamese coffee was tasty.

The workers were kind and helpful. The service was quick! I loved the open kitchen.

The restaurant is CLEAN! Shout to the cleaning staff. Cleanest restaurant I’ve visited in ages.

Great spot for some unique special Pho and for the classics! Broth is excellent, we had the Hanoi and Sate, both of which were very tasty. Portions were just right. One of us also had a pork vermicelli bowl which was solid as well. Prices on the higher side for Pho, but still reasonable. Thai tea was amazing! Parking is on a plaza, which was pretty full but still not too bad for finding a spot. Recommend going between 11-12 for lunch near opening to avoid a wait. We went at 11 and had no wait, but was still lots of people there.

My younger brother wanted to stop by here for his birthday dinner as he says the broth here is one of the pho broths that he has ever had. I bookmarked this spot for quite some time so I was to excited to try it out. They have some unique specialties too and I always love trying out new foods. Both my boyfriend and brother got the large combination pho, my mom ordered the large tofu veggie pho, and I got the level 5 spicy Pho Bo Sa Te (one size). We also ordered one order of spring rolls which comes in four pieces which were quite huge. I do feel like they should reduce the amount of lettuce provided at the end of the roll as it was hard to eat unless you wrapped it around but that could get messy. The peanut sauce that came with it was delicious although my boyfriend and brother said they prefer other peanut sauce dipping sauces as they said it was more on the sweeter side. I didn’t mind it and enjoyed the crispy garlic on the top. It took some time to received our food but once it arrived, the aroma and presentation was lovely. The pho broth is very comforting and tasted the most authentic as I have had authentic pho broth before. No one spice or flavor profile was too strong or weak, it was balanced perfectly. My Pho Bo Sa Te was also very interesting as it had a good hint of peanut flavor without it being the main flavor profile. It was spicy but not as bad as what a level 5 spicy broth would be. In addition, the broth had no MSG what so ever as none of us were needing to drink excessive amounts of water or feel drowsy.

Service here was really odd as when we entered, our main waiter meekly asked how many but only my boyfriend heard him. He pointed to a free table and brought us waters. It took some time get our order in but he would bring us our food quickly. However, afterwards there is no check in until you look like you’re finished as that’s when they stopped by with the check. Additionally, if it weren’t for the fact that we saw other patrons pay at the counter, we would have been sitting there forever as no employees mentioned that.

The inside gives off very cozy vibes and I love the motorbike as a centerpiece in the dining room. The restaurant has good lighting for good pictures. There are plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all types of groups or solo diners. They were decently busy when we arrived during the afternoon on a Friday.

Really solid spot for Pho! We got the regular pho bowl which was about $17 which is definitely pricier than other places but they gave a decent amount of meat. The place is pretty small so it fills up quickly, if you are planning to come for lunch, plan ahead!

The food is amazing, the service is awesome, especially with a very wholesome staff Mama-Mia! She always brightens up our meals

Besides the pho, our favorite dish is “Salt and pepper tofu”!

Large bowl of soup-Pho Sa Te and it was delicious. And large, did I say that? Buddy had the veggie version.

Neither of us left disappointed. I hear the wings are bomb so I’ll be trying those next.

They’re pretty busy, so do expect some wait (we waited 30 mins ish) and there is not a lot of space to wait inside.
We forgot to take a picture before we started eating, but we had pho Hanoi & the special rib pho. Pretty generous with the meat. The broth has good flavor. The Hanoi one comes with picked garlic, and the broth tastes strongly of the pickled garlic (so you might either love it or hate it).

The egg yolk made the broth richer and we do quite like it.
