Unassuming place that has served the best meal we just had in all of Granada. Vibes are high and authentic. Menu is small, but that’s because they perfect the few items offered. We had the beef burger and it was exquisite. Flavors were absolutely perfect. High quality beef. Homemade sauces were bursting with flavor. Salsa picante served out of an old wine bottle that was the best salsa I have ever tried. The tea is also wonderful. They also serve a complimentary sweet bite at the end of the meal that was lovely. This place is ran by passion and creativity and it exudes just that. Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE the food and the concept! These guys are using typical & natural Nicaraguan ingredients in an innovative and exceptional way. Even the drinks are homemade with natural ingredients (ginger/ hibiscus/ grama). The platano burgers are delicious (!!!) and they‘re naturally glutenfree. The owner radiated a genuine passion for his work and was very welcoming. On top, the atmosphere is amazing! Will definitely come again.

This was without a doubt the most delicious thing I have tasted in Granada, Nicaragua. The beef is not a burger, it’s like a flank steak. The crispness of the toston “bun” was complimentary to the soft tenderness of the steak. The cherry on top was the calabaza sauce that had flavor out of this world. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for excellent food in this city

Hands down the best burger I’ve had in my life (no exaggeration!)
This place is a must-try if you’re in Granada. After 4 months of traveling through South and Central America, this was the most memorable meal I’ve had.
I ordered the beef banana burger and it was mind-blowing.
The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the sauces, made from the chef’s mom’s secret recipes took it to the next level.
The pumpkin sauce with ginger and honey and the avocado sauce were out of this world.
They even served a pumpkin ginger honey dessert for free which was such a thoughtful touch. The hibiscus and ginger juice was fresh, flavorful and paired beautifully with the meal.
The chef is incredibly kind and clearly passionate about his craft, you can literally taste the love in every bite.
Also, special mention to the music playlist, great vibe all around.
I’ll definitely go back, and I already know I’ll be dreaming about this taste until I return.

Wow! Heard about the hype of these and they’re so worth it. Was super impressed at how good it was. Not sure what the sauce is but it’s delicious. I definitely recommend having it with the beef, it was melt in your mouth. The veggie option was also impressive as it came with an abundance of veggies. Super filling too! We did have to wait a while for a table but it’s worth hanging around for.

So this is the BEST burger I have ever had in my life. We are so thankful our hostel managers recommended us to eat here. We cannot recommend it enough! The meat was cooked perfectly. The sauces and veggies were delicious. The plantain buns were delicious! The chef was so friendly! We would definitely eat here every week if we lived here!

Honestly the best food we’ve had in Nicaragua- the elements of local cuisine are made in such a creative way and with so much passion. We were skeptical because the front of the restaurant is unassuming, and I thought I might be “plantain-ed out” by now, but the flavors are so unique and amazing, this restaurant needs to be at the top of your list. The iced teas are great too. We came in right before they closed at 6 so we got lucky!
