okay let me try & be as nice about this experience as i can but truly if you were in my position as a pregnant woman you would be DISGUSTED by it all. came here for lunch with my fiance simply just for something quick , first thing wrong the drink machine had no ice & out of hundreds of drinks only a few were working. there were 3 or 4 perfectly able bodied grown men on shift but for some reason there were no lids to fit our cups , rarely any napkins and everything was filthy mind you there was nobody else in the restaurant so you knew at least one person had time to do things like that , then our food comes & our fries are damn near brown because of the old oil they were cooked in , and the taste told it all. Asked to get them remade (WAS NEVER RUDE TO ANY OF THE WORKERS DURING THIS EXPERIENCE BTW) and they just put the same fries back into the oil and made them hot. hopefully management will get a little more strict with the cleanliness as well as who they hire ‼️

Long wait times and food isn’t fresh or of good quality. Food looked like it got trampled when we got it. Hope they fix their issues as the location is very convenient.

Burger King Store #17171 – A Disastrous Experience
My visit to Burger King at 1990 Grayson Hwy, Grayson, GA 30017 was absolutely horrific. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, I could tell this was going to be a problem. Despite there being no line, I was asked to wait, adding unnecessary delay to my visit.
When I finally received my food, I was beyond disappointed. The sandwich was cold, the ingredients were clearly not fresh, and the entire meal was unappetizing. The amount of mayo carelessly slapped onto the sandwich made it even worse, turning an already disappointing meal into something inedible. For a fast-food restaurant, the lack of quality and care was staggering.
I fully intend to review every restaurant that gives me garbage for my money, and this location is at the top of the list for one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Burger King. If this is how they choose to serve their customers, then they shouldn’t be in business. This location needs serious improvement or should close its doors immediately.
If you value your money, your time, and a decent meal, avoid this place at all costs.

So I stopped into this Burger King to grab a quick snack and ordered an 8 piece chicken nuggets meal… The nuggets were horrible, maybe freezer burn or they’ve been changed out for something that was not pleasant to eat. The nuggets were tough, almost like hard pressed breading maybe? I felt like I was eating beef jerky, not sure how else to describe. The staff seemed pleasant and the environment seemed pretty well maintained. The fries seemed fine too. Nuggets were just not great at all. Unfortunately I felt horribly shaky that day and had to get some food on my stomach so I weathered the tough nuggets. Just won’t do it again.

Placed an online order months ago (a few times) and they always got it completely wrong. I was so mad I said I’m never ordering from there again. Today 10/10/25 I went on drive thru. Order was fine but the whole time from speaking to the mic to getting my food at the window the lady gave me attitude and was being sarcastic about me just asking for ketchup. Never coming back. They are rude and seem to really want to run that store to the ground. Feel bad for the owner cause I’m sure he wants people to enjoy his spot but that lady at the window and whoever makes the food for take out just don’t care about anything really.

absolutely terrible. i ordered 2 LARGE whopper meals and specifically asked for no tomato or onion on one burger, and only pickle on the other. when i received the food low and behold tomato and onion was on one burger and lettuce and pickles on the other. they carelessly slapped mayo on both of them with no ketchup, and even the pickles on the burger were small. they didnt even put any cheese on the burger. im not sure my fries were large either. normally when we order from this location they get our food right.

I just left this facility through drive-through. I ordered a whopper Junior with a medium fry and I just open. My sandwich is 10:57 AM on November 5, 2025 and I just found a piece of nasty hair on my cheese. Do not eat here I will not be back. They can keep the net. The funky seven dollars. This will be reported to the health department !

Have placed 3 different mobile orders and every time the order was wrong. Called this time and the young people working there were laughing the whole time – lying about everything – and making up a name to give for their name when asked what it is. They said there isn’t a manager on duty because the manger has the flu. Either she lied or they’re breaking the law. They act like they’re so busy and can’t be bothered, but that restaurant is always a ghost town. I’m not even sure how they stay in business.

I’m disgusted and appalled by my experience today and will not be returning. Today, (12/30/2024 at approximately 6:40 pm) I placed an order through the drive through. When I got to the front to pay, I noticed that the total I was given seemed higher than what I expected it to be. It took a few minutes to receive my food and when I checked the bag, I noticed that there was not a receipt. I asked the male who had provided the food for a receipt and noticed him looking about for a short while. I figured if he did not locate it, surely he would just re-print a copy. To my absolute disgust, he handed me the receipt crumpled up and in a few napkins (see attached photo). He had taken it from the TRASH can and handed it to me like it was nothing. He didn’t care if someone spat in the trash can, if there was rotten food, etc. It didn’t really hit me until I pulled off and was heading home. What happened to putting the receipt in the bag or asking the customer if they wanted a copy before assuming and throwing it in the trash?! I cannot believe he would stoop to the level of digging the receipt out of the trash can instead of re-printing the receipt. Apparently it was too much of an inconvenience to simply ask someone to help him with this in the event that he did not know how to do so. It was not like they were super busy, I glanced behind me as I was waiting and there was only one other car in the drive through. I will never dine at this restaurant again.

Don’t waste your time going there. I think they mess your order up on purpose to try to ruin your day because they’re not happy with their sad little life’s. A few good workers there make your order perfect and they are polite but when the sorry ones work there. They just straight sorry as hell. Smh
