Been ordering from this Domino’s for about 4 years without any issues. Their delivery is usually quicker than estimated and the tracker makes it easy to know when to go out to get my food. Have never eaten inside so I can’t really taste the atmosphere. I would have given 5 stars but I REALLY MISS the baked 5 cheese dip so I had to take away 1 just for that…

I ordered about $40 worth of food in the app a couple days ago: pizza, cheese bread, wings, and three garlic sauce cups. I always watch the tracker because I ask for my order to be left at the door and I don’t want to miss it. Approximately 45 minutes after the order was placed, the tracker says it was delivered. I go to the door and find nothing. I walked next door to see if they left it at the wrong house, wasn’t there either. I’m not about to wander all over the neighborhood looking for my food so I just went home and called them. They said they weren’t sure why the app said it was delivered but the driver was on their way with my food. I waited another 25 minutes and called back for an update since I didn’t have a tracker to follow. The girl on the phone asked if my food was outside. Obviously not, that’s why I’m calling??? They said they would have it remade and redelivered. I asked how long that would take, they said another 35-40 minutes. The wings were barely sauced, but everything else was fine. The wildest part about the delivery is I put very detailed notes in the drop off instructions to make it easier for them to know what house to go to. Clearly they ignored them the first time.

Terrible I order a pizza ham and sausage they put pineapple???? Ok they fixed it no problem few days go by don’t wanna cook again pls fast dominos order same thing these people do the exact same thing both times I look at my receipt maybe they heard me wrong nope it says sausage and ham idk if they didn’t graduate high school in this establishment but reading is not a hard thing to do people.

We ordered online and asked and paid for extra cheese on two pizzas with extra pepperoni on one and extra sausage on another. Well we received extra nothing. There was not even cheese enough to cover the whole medium pizza. There was not even enough sausage where there a piece of sausage on each piece of pizza. Not enough pepperoni for each piece of my wifes. Got ripped off.
The bread knots were good. Cinnamon twists were good.

8-6-21 Misunderstanding was made on my order and it was taken care of quickly, the Pacific veggie and meat lovers half and half turned out awesome.
12-6-21 now my wife and I can say we know this Dominos on Tyndall Parkway is the best, we ordered Pacific veggie and this time she ordered meatzza and they both came out perfect, the delivery driver was ahead of the time and she was very polite, sorry about not getting her name. And to all the other places this is a pacific veggie PIZZA .
2-11-22 ordered again and my wife and I are very pleased again with my PACIFIC VEGGIE PIZZA and her MEATZZA ,but this time we even ordered dessert. Lol. Baked apple and cinnamon twist. WOW you talking about a great combination of flavors. The cinnamon and sugar are sweet but not too much, and the apple dip makes it just perfect.

Hardly any sauce the wings were cooked but stale as an old shoe…gross as could be. The pizza was undercooked the staff was as nice as they could be. The only redeeming quality. I was definitely upset when I came back and asked for a refund. Extremely apologetic and very professional. The staff gets 10 stars.

No sauce, no extra cheese. I mean no tomato sauce at all. 17 minutes from the store. Took 30 mins from the time they said they were on the way for the first pizza that had no sauce or extra cheese. They sent the second pizza to replace the first, it was not even as good as the first one. Took 45 minutes to get delivered. Love Domino’s but bad experience.

I placed an order online. One hour later the tracker said it was still in prep stage so I called. Tyler said, “Yeah, we’re like crazy busy and got 100 orders in”. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. He came back saying they cancelled my order and I will get my refund in 3-5 business days!!! I’m sorry?? Unacceptable. I’ll be sure to let corporate know of your stellar customer service.
