They only make your order correct if you come in person. Never ever order through uber eats or grub hub or whatever because they won’t get it right, even if you paid for extras. Happens every time and it always feels so bad due to how much extra you paid to have it delivered. 2 stars since it is fine if you go in person.

Food was good. It’s taco bell. Service was great. Looked to be only one woman doing orders but she was very friendly and in great spirits. While it may have taken a few extra mins to make everything was correct and good. I would def return for a meal.

The restaurant gets a bit busy during lunch hour, but the workers try to keep up and make the food as quickly as possible. Plenty of seats was available, as many of the customers get take-out. Also, they have a Pepsi Spire fountain, so you get a wider variety of drinks compared to other places. The design of one of the walls is fun and includes Chicago’s main attractions in a taco shell.
The food was hot and tasty and filling. I liked the 5-layer burrito a lot. Everything is better with lots of Diablo sauce, actually.

I eat here sometimes outside the normal “rush” hours and I consistently get great quality food and service from the crew here.
Service definitely takes a hit later at night during busy hours but hardly surprising and not a knock on them – I think they do a good job considering the the “clientele” that’s there around that time.

Truly a bad experience. This is just a regular TB, and not a good one. They don’t have any special items like alcohol or tapas and the dining room is nothing spectacular and dirty. A homeless lady came in, cornered me, and asked me to help her out. I said no and she goes back outside and stares through the window, so I didn’t even want to stay and eat. She found another person to come inside and buy her food. I asked a worker if she’s a usual and harmless because I was afraid to go outside, and he blew me off. And my food had random ingredients like red cabbage that are not part of the item???

Super excited to visit this cantina! Staff was great, but the alcohol dispensers were down so they were only serving beer. The food was fresh and hot, and the Modelo was cold.

Waited 45 mins for my order and got a completely burnt burrito. The fries didn’t come with the dip. And the website won’t take any complaints and just crashes everytime I try to submit a complaint.
