Ordered online while on the road thinking we could pick up our food and enjoy it when we got home. Order pick up time said 7pm. Arrived approximately 650pm. Waited and watched approximately 45 other orders go out. It seems they prioritize door dash/Uber eats orders more than online. Anyway, I waited patiently until 723pm. Finally, after two trips to the counter to ask, I got our food.
The food. Ugh. It was the most rubbery tasteless chicken I’ve ever had. The fried rice was bland as well. Both were only helped moderately by the sauces they sent with the food. I’d rate it zero stars if it was an option. I’d rather eat roadkill.

Oh Panda Express… Well, they’ve come back to La Crosse and the food did not at all live up to the nostalgia. Granted, I haven’t had them in like fifteen years since I lived in Las Vegas, but I do remember the dishes being good back then.
I ordered a medium Crispy Sesame Shrimp & Beef, medium Chow Mein, and a large 12 piece Cream Cheese Rangoons. The crispy shrimp and beef wasn’t too bad, in fact I was actually impressed with the spice and all the stir fried peppers included in the dish. I enjoyed that, but the chow mein was exceptionally dry and the cream cheese wontons had little to no flavor. That was disappointing. I also would have gotten the fried rice, but it wasn’t an option when I put in the order.
I am willing to give it another go as they did just open, but my expectations are now pretty low.

I ordered family meal and when I got home most of the food containers were only half full so I called and spoke with manager Matt and he said he would make it right so my husband went back and showed the manager the text I sent him which included a list of items and somehow firecracker chicken and sesame chicken turned into Kung pao chicken and beef and broccoli which we do not even eat! Upon me calling back and speaking again with matt he then said the text my husband showed him said Kung pao chicken and beef and broccoli which i have the text and it did not say that AND I even told matt over the phone what was missing. I will not come back here. The employees cant read and cant get the order correct even when i spoke to the manager. I can definitely understand mistakes but this is too much trouble to even go back. I highly recommend checking your food before you leave there or maybe go some where they can get your order correct.

First and last time here. Area around drink station was disgusting and not stocked with cup lids or silverware. Food was ok but not great. Tables and food trays were dirty. It was hard to enjoy the food when everything around us was so gross for a newer restaurant.

I’ve been waiting for this place to finally open for a while now and I just happened to drive by Fri opening night and decided to try it out. It was packed with the drive through line out into into the road.
I’ve had Panda Express many times before living in MN so I knew what to expect. It was definitely Chineese fast food but I thought the Service was really good for it being so busy.
I got the larger plate with three entrees and fried rice. I thought the food was lacking compared to what I remembered. Mostly just over sauced and bland to me. The fried rice wasn’t good, bland with hard vegetables in it. The orange chicken, not good either along with the beef broccoli dish. The shrimp entree was rubbery. I’m hoping the quality of the food was only like this because they just opened and were really busy. The area really needed a Chinese fast food place. I’ll definitely try it again I a few months.

I continue to come back here because I truly love the food! BUT… If you’re ordering inside the store, I don’t recommend ordering something that isn’t actually out on display behind the glass. If theyre out of something, you might be waiting longer than they say. And worse, it might get restocked but the workers are so busy with the newer orders that they forget about finishing yours with that last item! Disorganized but yummy food The workers all seemed very nice, especially the manager! They’re just disorganized and busy.

Again long wait for door dash orders. Half the employees are standing around staring off into the distance, concerned with what everywhere employee is doing and they check the contents of order 5 to 6 times like the food disappears for boxes in the 2 minutes since the other 8 employees checked it. Currently more than 10 door washers waiting for orders on a Sunday ♂️

We ordered online, which was easy to do. That was the best thing out of the experience. We received a receipt via email with the time for pick up listed. We arrived about 5 minutes early and waited inside for 25 minutes! This is not the point of ordering for pick up. We watched Door Dash drivers come in and get orders upon arrival and drive thru customers getting their orders up without a wait. There close to 30 cars that got their food in the drive thru, while we waited 25 minutes for an online order. The food was tasteless. There’s no difference in the amount of food received on a “plate” vs a “bigger plate”, so save yourselves the money. I don’t think I’ll be returning for another meal.
