We ordered pizza with onions as well as several other toppings and got this? What is this? If you forgot to add the onions, just remake the pie. Now you got me posting a review because you thought you were going to be lazy and clever. What happened to this location? Used to be pretty damn good. I left P. Johns to patronize this place and now stuff like this is passing quality control, and what’s worse is they’ll respond to this saying “We’re so sorry, send us an email” and then they never reply.

Ordered a medium pan pizza asked for light sauce, half cheese and half ham and I asked for it well done
I received the pizza with just ham no cheese. The pizza was very doughy. It was raw and it was full of sauce.
And the 20 ounce bottle soda was very flat and it was hot
And also, when I went to pick up my food, the lady at the front desk was very rude. Had a very big attitude.

Horrible service, ordered at 12:00 said delivery would arrive in 20-40 mins, the time kept updating and now with it being over an hour and the driver not there called and a very rude inpatient person answered and said “give the driver a couple moments” and hung up.
Update they also didn’t give us our pepperoni on our pizza good job guys

Looks like Domino’s is back to the don’t give a crap quality that sent them into the apology tour years ago.
I was hooked on the New York Style crust when introduced (shocked at the good quality), but a few months ago I noticed the taste changed (to cardboard) and the edge visually changed at the same time. We don’t frequent “fast food” but we used to get this every week or 2 as a treat. After 3 BAD quality pizzas we took a break, but tried again last week for 1st time in couple months… go elsewhere!
This location *Was* amazing for this area, but not only did the source dough go down, so did the quality of service. Maybe the person making it all work left when Corp did the bait/switch with the dough?
Maybe after another waste of corporate time & money for another “oops we suck tour” I’ll try Domino’s in a few years, what a shame. So many bad things to say about the actual pizza (grease puddles) but what’s the point.
p.s. – 1st time I threw away pizza leftovers away in my life. A Hot Pocket was better.

Used the app to order which has my address saved, order said complete on the tracker but never showed up. Called the store and was told the address wasn’t correct, but when you click the link to my address on the confirmation email it took me to my address. Called the store and was told the there was an issue delivering it because of the wrong address, but the driver/store never reached out. More annoyed than anything and definitely won’t be ordering from here anymore

Went here last week, it was raining and they were busy. The lady at the front was friendly and took her time with every customer. She was quick and efficient which is rare these days. The pizza was hot and fresh. This location is consistently above the rest.

I’m ranking this 5 stars keeping in mind that it’s a Dominos pizza and for a Domino’s pizza – I consider it 5 stars. People are friendly and food is always ready when I go to pick it up. Delivery is also speedy usually.
