Service was extremely fast however, I got chicken that had been way over cooked in tha deep fryer. All my chicken was a very dark dark brown. Anyone one who knows anything about cooking, knows this isn’t ok. The chicken was dry and tasted burnt. Yuck. The fries on the other hand tasted fabulous. I think I’ll continue to go to Bojangles…

Every time I come here the chicken is piping hot. My new years resolution was limit fried foods. I went to go to Chipotle (which is across the parking lot) butttttttttt this KFC smelled sooooo good, I got me a 2 piece combo from KFC instewd, ill start eating healthier tomorrow . Went through their drive-thru this afternoon and the young lady taking our order, taking payment, and handing us our food was a true gem and perfect example of what customer service should look and feel like. I hope she gets a raise. She truly deserves recognition.

We ordered our dinner (3 meals) and asked for one of those to be packed to-go. The very nice lady behind the register offered to pack our to-go order once we finished our meal in the dining room so that the food would be warm and the drink would be cold – that was wonderful service!

Usually I have no issues, went last night they the drive thru around 8:00pm the lady in the drive thru was extremely rude. We got home and our chicken was gross we got a bucket of original recipe and a bucket of extra crispy you couldn’t even tell the difference between the two food was cold. Even the macaroni we ordered was cold. Very disappointed $49 down the drain. Called and asked for them to remake my order they told me to bring back in the product and to call that manager that was on shift. I’ve worked in fast food the manager then could’ve done something about it, but she didn’t want to. I will not be coming back here.

One of the worst places. Do not advise anyone to get their fried chicken specially when it is lately evening they do not make it vey well and u can see the blood on it too. Really bad experience

The signs on the highway says “KFC BUFFET”, the sign in front of the store says “KFC BUFFET” but IT IS NOT a KFC BUFFET!!! they have a sign in front of the buffet saying “temporarily closed” but it’s to give patrons false hope…KFC BUFFET IS NOT COMING BACK!

three stars cause it was clean, lots of seats, friendly service, one star off because they over fried the chicken and one star off for lying about being a KFC BUFFET

Stopped by this KFC for dinner tonight and ordered a two leg meal, spicy wings and wedges, and a sandwich. Got to the window and it was $30 well I got no receipt, and a rude person who didn’t even greet us.. and I asked for a small cup of water and it’s a dollar for just a cup of water?! Well then looked at the food and of course it wasn’t right. I got a leg and thigh whichy kids will only eat legs so I had to go inside and the young man at the counter was very nice and he asked a coworker what to do and she told him take the thigh out and give her a leg… Well I am not 100% certain but I’m pretty sure he took the thigh out and put it back in with the “fresh” chicken.. nasty don’t think I will be back to this location
