Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and the pictures below are what I got a burnt, nasty, uneatable mess. Obviously, there is no quality control or checking. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, I explained the problem and asked for a refund, he said he couldn’t do that. They offered to send another, but it is 10:30 at night and I am not waiting for who knows how long to get my meal. DO NOT PATRONIZE ANYWHERE THAT WON’T REFUND YOUR MONEY WHEN THEY SERVE YOU BURNT GARBAGE!

Been ordering for 9 yrs at this location. Ordered online (as usual) so I know when my order left. I live 1 mile away. Delivery took 25 min last time and 35 this time. Pizza was cold again, and they forgot icing for cinnamon twists (that were flat and inedible). I have been disappointed the last 4 times. I have to try their competitors. Something is different and Im done.

Fast service and the person helping me was friendly. My pizza came back to me hot and delicious.
Update: I’ve gone there several more times and the pizza remains amazing. I highly recommend using the app to take advantage of coupons or it can be pricey

This Domino’s has always been on-point for me with fast service, friendly attitudes, & Hot delicious pizza Pies. On the rare occasion that there is something wrong with my order, or with the delivery James, the Manager, was very professional & was apologetic and corrected the mistake like a good seasoned manager should, which sadly as of late has become more of a rarity.

And about 50% of the time the pizzas had very little cheese and big blisters on them where there was no cheese…
Brought it up to the short bald guy and he said he agreed..
And then my money was refunded..
and I was banned from ever ordering from the store again .. thank goodness..
now I go to the one on the west side of town..been happy there…awful just awful this store

Finally got it right TY for my last delicious pizza
EDIT: What the hell Dominoes? Did the good cook go on vacation or get fired? Last two pizzas sux! When you order extra cheese and can see the crust in the middle of the pizza, it’s not extra cheese.!The crust was doughy. Plus,last time I ordered I wasn’t given my garlic dipping sauce and was told I would get a credit on my account… nope,no credit. How about y’all learn what the word Consistency means!!

We came in from out of town and ordered from here. I won’t again! We got some of the Parmesan wings and I have NO idea what we were brought but it definitely wasn’t what we ordered. I then called them and the “manager” was EXTREMELY rude. Save your time and order somewhere else.

If you come here late night, they lock the front door so you have to use the side entrance. They can’t use a sign because corporate says that you’re not allowed to list anything that is not Domino’s related even though telling someone that you have to come into the side door is Domino’s related to this specific location You may stand out front like I did for five minutes without knowing that the side door is open with absolutely nobody coming to see you even though it is clear glass and they can see you knocking on it. Domino’s has some serious issues if they can allow somebody to tell them that the side door is open, but not the front as well as the fact that the employees look at you through the glass, knowing you’re waiting for something, but cannot come to the windowto tell you to come to the side.
