Excellent all around. We’re on a way home. Loved our food. I had the Breakfast bowl and my husband had Avocado toast with an egg. To drink a hot Vanilla latte. Also taking with us a huge cinnamon roll.

The restaurant is beautiful and wonderfully decorated. The seating area, hallway and bathroom all have beautoful art and are intricate and nice to look at and be in. its all quite romantic, peaceful and cozy. The food and drink was absolutely delicious as well. We had the bacon sandwich, the sausage sandwich and the ricotta toast and they all blew our socks off. The drinks were tasty and very aromatic and my greatest disappointment was when the food and drinks were all gone. This is definitely our new favorite breakfast and coffee place from now on.

Found this eclectic gem in Santaquin on our way back from a weekend trip to Southern Utah. Woman owned business that is open even on a Sunday!! The coffee & Specialty drinks were all top notch, the whipped ricotta toast with pistachios & sliced peaches drizzled with honey was sublime. A bit of a drive if coming from Salt Lake but oh so worth the drive. They are open 6AM-4PM on weekdays and 8AM-3PM on weekends, closed Monday.

Delicious! Great options for food and drinks. We got croissant breakfast sandwiches. Mine had a fried egg, cream cheese and sausage. I’m vegetarian so I opted for the vegan sausage and I have to say I’m super impressed. The flavor and texture was just like regular sausage! Really it was very delicious.
The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing, and the service was great. It’s not fast food, it’s good food so it may take just a bit longer, but it’s worth it. So excited to see what more they bring to the cafe in the future!

The vibe is small town diner; the food and beverages however are delicious and up to snuff of ANY big city boutique restaurant. We had the breakfast bowl and it was extraordinary. We also got the Milk & Thistle and The Forest Floor lattes and they were both stunningly made. Will absolutely be returning here.

An amazing find in Santaquin Utah, or anywhere. A creative and diverse menu ranging from traditional fare to artistic wonders. I had the whipped ricotta toast and WOW, just WOW! Eclectic, but warm, atmosphere and friendly personal service.

I normally don’t write reviews but this place was such a pleasant surprise I feel inclined. We stopped by on a road trip with expectations of an average coffee shop. NOPE. Wild Thistle has all the goods. We indulged in a flavorful cookie butter latte which actually tasted like we were eating spoonfuls of biscoff dipped in espresso. Our food was a delight as was the sweet woman who served us. I believe they were playing Leon Bridges radio, it’s a super sweet laid back spot but they had a wide selection of food that all seemed to be homemade. I want to go back and try a cottage cheese bowl with chili oil! Or a matcha affogato?! We will remember this place and return!

First off, the scenery in here is amazing. So we’ll thought out. I love all the pumpkins and mushrooms designs laying around. Matcha was okay, big size and a good price. Vegan food was amazing. Loved the vegan burger (tasted like a real burger) and the bagel sandwich. I also really liked the vegan fry sauce. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

This place was absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I stopped by for some coffee and ordered the Breakfast Special — the Baked French Toast — and oh my gosh, it was incredible! The coffee was just as delicious. I wish I had taken a picture, but we devoured everything! The atmosphere was perfect, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the inside is just SO beautiful. I seriously can’t wait to come back!

I couldn’t be more excited that this cafe is open . We stopped by for Mother’s Day breakfast. My husband got an iced Cacao Latte. The cacao comes from a friend of one of the owners, straight from Guatemala. The latte was delicious. The espresso beans were high quality. I ordered a hot chai latte with maple syrup, and it was fantastic. The chai they use is so much better than chain coffee shops (no overly sweet). We also got egg sandwiches on sourdough instead of bagels, and my husband and kids loved them! The bacon on the sandwiches was thick and flavorful. I ordered the Ricotta Toast, and it was even better than I’d expected. Just a note, the ricotta toast comes with a spicy honey, but don’t let that deter you. The spicy from the honey combined with the sweetness of the honey and the apples…it was divine!

10/10 can’t recommend enough.

I absolutely love supporting local businesses, especially when they come with as much soul and love as Wild Thistle Café.
