Don’t even bother going to this location especially at night! You’re going to get non chalant service from people who obviously dont care about their job. . I guess they didn’t feel like cooking a Mexican pizza so they just threw some taco shells together added cheese then sent it out. The taco shell was even old. It was so old and soggy I had to throw the whole thing away. You don’t have to like your job but at least do it right until you find something else. No matter what job you have do it with pride otherwise just stay home and be lazy and trifling there!!!

I very specifically asked the woman about a burrito and explained to substitute the meat for refried beans. Initially she rung it as a cantina burrito add black beans but we realized I was looking for the 5 layer sub refried beans for the beef. I noticed that she didn’t ring it in as substituting the beans on the screen after all of this, so at the window I once again inquired and said “ you substituted the beef for beans, correct?” She claimed she did. I get home and it’s beef. I am unable to eat meat and just wasted my money as well as my lunch hour because of this. Not sure how we can have a whole conversation about subbing beans and then she still doesn’t sub. Order #19 on 03/05/26 at 11:07 am, restaurant #038890 — please do better, some people have food intolerances and it’s frustrating explicitly stating I need substitutes and care not being taken to make it correctly.

Came here twice in the last 20 minutes. Once for a a doordash order and the second time for a drive-thru orde. Both times everybody was on point with helping even the difficult customers. I used to work at Taco Bell so I know how difficult it is working in fast food. they were polite, efficient. Black dude and young black girl. Believe it was just the 2. THIS is the service you should be able to leave a tip for.

came when they opened and sat in the drive thru with no cars for 10 minutes without anyone saying anything then when they got on the headset they said they were delaying opening “because of the weather.” the sun is shining and theres no snow in the lot or drive thru but yet employees are out here smoking and sitting in their cars. Lazy people.

Very rude and nasty attitude, me and sisters wanted taco bell we came november 8th saturday at 9:07 pm. while ordering our food the lady on the speaker set was VERYYY VERYYY disrespectful and rude, also was trying to rush my sister while ordering. then when we drove to the window she made a comment about how she’s pissed off or something. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL yall need better professional employees because this was the second incident at this exact location. (the girl was a lightskin heavy set tall with a bun) please held her accountable for her actions 🙂

I love taco bell but this location frequently forgets things or does not have the promotions that the taco bell 2 miles down hamilton has. Recently this locations has just started closing when they feel like it? There have been multiple days where this location is stated to be open until midnight and they are closing by 8. Please update google to show the correct times as there are always multiple people in the drive thru at that time that are funneled out because they want to close early.

When I arrived, there were ZERO cars in the drive thru. I checked in stating I’d done a mobile order only to be snapped at by the man on the headset. “Ma’am, how long ago did you place the order?!?!” I replied “about 5 minutes ago? “ to which he said “for future reference you need to give about 10-15 minutes before coming”

I’m sorry what?!?!?!? Soooo you want to lecture me because you felt rushed to make my 2 tortillas that had chicken, and cheese. I know that’s a MASSIVE order to put together when you literally have NO customers; my bad!

Taco Bell, do better. It’s just bad form to lecture your customers. I left wishing u hadn’t ordered food from there.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolutely appalling service. I placed a mobile order and arrived at 930pm in the drive thru Tuesday 10/21/2025. I waited a couple minutes and then finally a young lady rudely said “We’re closed!” I responded that I placed a mobile order and it was already paid for and the website & hrs on the door said they don’t close until 12am. She rudely replied again, “It doesn’t matter, I said we’re closed.” I asked for her name (Jay) and if she has a manager I can speak with please? She didn’t respond and then after a few moments a gentleman, abruptly& rudely said “We’re closed. She already told we’re closed.” I asked for his name and if he was the manager and he said “Yes, I’m the GM and my name is George and as I said, we’re closed so you can leave.” I asked why he and the other employee are being so rude and how was I going to get my money back… He replied “Ain’t nobody being rude. We told you we’re closed. You’ll get a refund.” – HORRIBLE customer service! HORRIBLE etiquette! Learn how to speak professionally & pleasantly to people! Especially as a MANAGER. I expect contact back from corporate please. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Atmosphere should receive negative stars. Don’t bring your family here unless you want to subject your children to an employee on their break shouting expletives loudly into their speakerphone conversation for 25+ minutes. Or if you want to order your food and have exactly 0 communication with an employee about why it’s taking so long. And even after all of that, you’ll have to find a clean table on the minefield of dining tables with garbage all over them. Never coming back.
