Will be thinking twice before ordering from this location again. My fiancé placed a order for a medium pineapple and bacon pizza and the specialty bbq chicken when the food came our driver was rude and disrespectful and upon eating the food the pizza was fine but there were 2 strands of hair cooked INTO my chicken. Upon calling the store all they could do is credit a specialty chicken to the account for use on the next order. This does NOT solve the issue of someones hair being cooked into my food nor does it solve the issue of me paying for said food. No refund was offered nor a replacement. Absolutely horrible service. Being served human hair is absolutely DISGUSTING. If i could give less than 1 star i would. (If you look at the picture of the chicken you can see the strand of hair with bbq sauce on it.)

Edit for final update: The general manager, David, was extremely kind and understanding. He offered very fair compensation and called me personally to deal with the situation. I am very grateful for the way he handled it.
How it arrived, smh. What a mess! No apologies or anything from the store, they tried to blame it on the fact that I ordered extra sauce. I order extra sauce every single time I get this pizza and it never looks like this.
Edit to add: I had to specifically ask for them to send me a new one, and when it arrived (40 minutes later even through they’re 3 miles from my house), they told me I had to pay a $5 delivery fee (this is not a tip to the driver!) this price was not mentioned on the phone, so I complained once again and they said they’d refund me. 4 days later and I still haven’t received that refund. Seriously disappointed in this service.

Ordered delivery, Pizza Well done. It arrived at specified time, but it was barely rare. It looks like the cheese may have gotten warm? Dough was a little beige/brown and squished like silly putty, raw dough. A little over $32 for delivery, spit out first bite and tried contacting customer service, then the store. Nothing but A.I. bull loops, no human interaction. Maybe the Pizza is made that way too.
I hope I save others my disappointment, I’ll never order here again. It’s a shame, when they opened it was my go to..

extremely rude. Went in and the employees were very nice. BUT the General manager was the problem. This big lady starts screaming and cursing at me. she’s yelling i’m to busy i’m not taking to you i’m to busy. If you’re the general manager you MAKE time for your customers. She was very unprofessional and rude and kept exclaiming she didn’t wanna talk to me. If this slips through the cracks and nothing happens to her i will be very upset and make sure to do everything in my power to make her face her consequences for her actions. She is very unprofessional and rude. Shame on her.
