Stopped for a burger & strawberry sundae at DQ, and the burger was on point! Karen, the lady at the window, wasn’t very friendly & shut the windows on me while I was still talking, but at least I got what I paid for!

Wanted a blizzard oreo ice cream cake. The already made cakes there were no where near what they look like on their APP. When I mentioned why the cake didn’t have very many oreo pieces on top of the cake and no chocolate drizzle down the sides, like the picture? She said not all stores are the same and this is how we do it here. I’m glad I didn’t order it on the app before seeing the shoddie work they do there.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Not only did they mess up my entire order but they gave me freaking pineapple chunks instead of what I actually wanted. I thought I was going to get like a pineapple syrup like the strawberry sundae. They could have explained that it was a pineapple chunk not only that, but I paid extra for additional items to be added and they were not added for example, I paid an extra dollar for a cone and they didn’t give me the cone I HYPED my family up to dairy queen for what … FOR NOTHING !

4:17pm I made my way through drive through , I am shocked on how poor customer service was when this older lady who seemed like she did not want to be there.took my order. She didn’t even attempt to put fries in they little bags in both my my food bags my only nice thing to say is the girl actually at the drive through window who handed out the food was super nice .

I dont recommend eating here as it is unsanitairy. Yesterday evening, I went through the drive-thru and ordered three Blizzards and a cone. While waiting, I observed an employee (she was a heavier looking female) preparing a banana split sundae in a concerning manner. She cut the banana directly on the counter—without a cutting board or plate—and handled it with bare hands, without gloves. The counter appeared dirty, and the sundae was placed by the window for a customer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. How is it every time we come to this establishment they manage to mess up my wife’s order? How hard is it to actually read the order ticket and execute said order properly? Not only that but when I have had to go back to get said orders fixed, the staff wants to give me attitude about their mistakes? I’m not the one who cannot read. I don’t care if it was not you who made the order. Shut your mouth and fix your staffs mistake. I have seen the women preparing the food literally scratch their scalp bare handed then continue to make orders for unsuspecting consumers. I know that it’s hard to find people willing to work, let alone be able to read. I mean, doesn’t Dairy Queen offer a program to get their employees their GED? If not at least get every new employee a hooked on phonics starter kit.

Store said in front and online would be open at 10 for drive through, was not open lady was very rude about it. Seen 4 people within ten minutes have same issue. Fix your stores times and other things. No reason I just wasted 15 mins of my lunch break here
