I visit this establishment daily. Unfortunately, it appears to be poorly managed. Previously, a female manager was in charge and she was exceptional. I have noticed that the new manager is not as effective and has a poor attitude. Furthermore, the new management has implemented a policy of charging for every item, including a cup of ice, which is simply frozen water. I appreciate Nikki, who is a valued employee and consistently provides excellent service. She is the primary reason I continue to visit this establishment. If she is not preparing my order, I do not visit. Additionally, the staff no longer toss chicken in sauce as they are supposed to, which is a standard practice. I am giving this establishment three stars solely because of Nikki’s exceptional service. She consistently maintains a positive attitude and is always friendly.

Normally I have a great experience, but tonight we doordashed some blizzards. I got the chocolate chip cookie dough and the cookie dough legit tastes expired! Made the whole ice cream taste bad. Normally the cookie dough has, well, cookie dough chewy consistency. This one tonight the pieces seemed dry and crumbly and legit tasted expired. I genuinely would like a refund and hope yall change out your expired ingredients.

After the food I ordered kids cones and two large shakes. A Choclate shake that was not mixed well and didn’t have hardly any chocolate with Oreo bits that were not supposed to be in it.The Orange cream shake wasn’t mixed well and was almost and thick as a blizzard and neither had whipped cream.

I come here a couple times a month. I get the triple flamethrower combo everytime.
The problem? EVERY SINGLE TIME, they give me the DOUBLE. Not the triple.
If theyre gonna charge $14 for a combo meal, with the smallest order of fries in the industry, they really need to start paying attention. This is happened literally every single time.

I gave this place a bad review 8 years ago and for good reason. However, I’m editing my review because they have new managers since that review and I have noticed a great improvement in their service. Food is most often consistently good. Service is best during the the normal work week and lunch in my opinion, that’s when the more experienced work force is there. Also, this location has a prize of a cake lady… ice cream cakes are on time when ordered ahead and she is a talented decorator.

I haven’t been to Dairy Queen in many years and I don’t know why!
I came here today on a whim and it was absolutely delicious!
I know it’s fast food but I had a HOT, bacon cheeseburger and the two kinds of cheese were fully melted and it was actually great!
I had fresh, crispy onion rings and a Butterfinger blizzard. Not only was it all fresh and hot but everyone inside treated me like they were happy to see me and in a good mood!
No question, I will be back and often!
