Ordered our food ,happy meal ,and a spicy mc chicken meal ,was told to move to the 3rd window .. waited there for over 18 mins ..sent my passenger inside to see what was taking so long and was handed our order that was just sitting there . The chicken meal was just thrown in a bag,hardly any sauce on it and slapped together fries were just thrown in a bag ..never again will I order from there … Needs more training and how to place orders properly in bags and not just throw ppls food in it …. Oh and sodas were half full and absolutely no ice in one drink …. Also ordered a hot fudge Sunday and the hot fudge tasted like nail polish remover or some type of cleaner .nasty

Our 10 piece nugget was missing from the order. It was on the receipt but not included in either bag of food. Frustrating because when I was given the bag I went over the order and was assured everything was in the bags. The four fish filet sandwiches had the cheese half on the fish and there was hardly any tarter sauce on the sandwiches. The fries were tossed in the bag and no longer in their holders. Very disappointed.

Waited 15 minutes to order my food a an employee kept holding her cheeks and saying oh my god. Finally got to order my big Mack meal with a Mc chicken. After watching multiple people order get their food eat and leave I asked about my order, they gave me someone else order and sent me on my way. The fries were old and cold. It’s my fault for not checking the order but they charged me for items and I did not get. The manager and owner should evaluate customer service.

I attempted to visit this location today. Two lines were formed and there was quite a wait. When I get to the speaker, the worker just continues to only take the orders of the other lane. Normally they rotate back and forth. I drove off and I will think twice about visiting this location again.

We waited 10 minutes to get our initial bag of food which was totally wrong. Gave that back and waited another 15 minutes to get what we thought was going to be our order. Unfortunately, we didn’t check the order the second time, come to find out they took the first bag and added a chicken sandwich. Wasn’t even close to what was ordered. Absolute disaster!! Probably the worst experience ever at a MCD!! Recommend avoiding this place!!

25 min in line before I even put order in. 20 more min until I get food. Place is a complete dumpster fire. Mohawk st utica is better at this point. Maybe the owner should come down and see the line to the road and little teenage girls laughing and playing that are supposed to be working the window. I won’t spend another dime here. What a joke. Used to be the best McDonald’s around. What a shame. You could go across the street and order a pizza from tonys and get it faster. Don’t waste your time or money.

Something has happened at this McDonalds in the last year or so. Either management changed or has given up. I have been going here for 20 plus years and used to work there when I was younger. Never have I ever had to wait more than 10 minutes in the drive thru but in the last month I have been stuck in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and one time 45 minutes because the line simply wasn’t moving. This last time I ordered my food on the app. After 5 minutes I got to the speaker and then sat there for 25 minutes… I couldn’t get out because of the curb. Finally when it moved so I could get out, I just left. It is sad to see this McDonalds go downhill like this.

The most inefficient McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It used to be a good one to go to several months ago but the service has greatly declined. Expect a 25 minute wait for “fast” food every Thursday night, cold food, and make sure to check your order for correctness. I never thought I’d be commenting on a McDonald’s.

I will never spend another cent here. Waited in line for over 30 minutes because my kids wanted to try the grinch meal.. the line was at an absolute stand still, not even moving slowly. I got up to the window and the kid who was very unprofessional, immature, and obnoxious kept swearing and saying that I had my entire order when in fact I did not, we were missing a 10 piece, a drink, and all 3 straws. He acted like I was being an inconvenience bc he couldn’t do his job right. This used to be the best McDonald’s now it’s the same as the rest – garbage. You also cannot do the survey when they don’t give you your receipt, I’m sure that’s intentional.

The customer service in this place is the worst. You can’t even order 40 min in advance and get your meal within 20 min of getting there. Try to talk to someone at the front and they dont make eye contact intentionally. Multiple times this has happened. Maybe have someone up front who can speak to people at least
