Wonderful dinner tonight. We came with a party of 11 including 7 kids. The food was just fantastic… seafood fettuccini, pizza, lasagna, cheese sticks, salad, everything was great. Very short wait to be seated. Service could have been just a little more prompt but she was friendly and did a good job. The manager brought all of us little cups of their homemade ice cream and it was fantastic. Everyone had a great time.

Excellent food, salad was awesome and fresh, spaghetti and meatballs was to die for, homemade ice cream was delicious and the mozzarella sticks were a meal by themselves. Bring your appetite when you come here. You will not be disappointed.

Before we left Franco’s for the first time I told my wife to take a good look around and see all there was to see because we’d never be back.
Our “20 minute wait” for a table took an hour and a half. The whole time we waited there were open tables visible from outside where they continued to seat people that arrived after my group and several others arrived. Our drink order was incorrect, the food was marginal at best, the waiter refilled my sprite with water and spilled it on me, the $12 cheesestick appetizer is only 4 pieces! We literally never got the beer we ordered. There was live music, awful modern country music in a “classy” italian joint…
The top of the night though was that another table of 3 waited so long for refills they actually went next door to walmart and bought 20 oz. Bottles of water and soda! Don’t believe me? I uploaded a photo to prove it.

Great service and we didn’t have to wait long for a table for our large family! Our server was Dakota and she was wonderful! The food was good; I thought the chicken Parmesan would be a bit larger and it could have used more seasoning, but that’s our only complaint. The pizzas were good and the breadsticks and salad were amazing! The prices aren’t bad, either!

The wait was understanding since shrimpfeast is underway and there is a lot of tourists in town. The service was great even if we waited a little for food, again it is a busy weekend. Now let’s talk about the food. We live here and had not been here for a least 2-3 years. Absolutely disappointing!!!!! Our appetizer was brought out by someone in the kitchen. Clearly burned but she still placed it on the table and left. The wonderful server fixed the problem. All of our entrees lacked seasoning very tasteless and the marinara tasted like stewed tomatoes literally like it was straight out of the can. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

We are at Franco’s while on vacation in Orange Beach. We didn’t have a wait when we got there, but shortly after we were seated, the patio was full of people on the wait list. My daughter and I each ordered the chicken parmesan which was HUGE! We definitely could have split it. It was very good, but the chicken needed salt. So did the Alfredo sauce I got on my pasta. My husband ordered pepperoni pizza which was very good, although it could have have used a little less cheese and a little more pepperoni. Our server, Destiny, was new, but gave us great, friendly service. We would definitely go back!

Was excited to try this place, as I’ve passed it for years. Well, I completely regret that decision. The family that told us the service was terrible while they walked out, was the 1st clue to not stay, but we did anyway. Service was slow to say the least. Plates continued to stack up with each course, that took forever to get be the way, that we couldn’t move. We had a party of 10 and they forgot to make 3 of our dinners. So after everyone ate their bland cold meals, us 3 were treated to hot bland meals while the other 7 were more than ready to go. Not once did anyone apologize, but they were quick to take our money for the overpriced, and yes again bland, meals. I did get a nice eye roll from the lady taking our money as she heard me complaining. Will NEVER go there again!

We have gone here before and enjoyed it. Today we waited a long time before anyone waited on us. My husband never received his wine or tea, and we never received our appetizer. When food finally arrived, the chicken was cool and the meatballs were sitting in tomato water. So disappointing. We couldn’t eat it. Manager still charged us after I let him know abut service and food. $50 for nothing. Sad.
