Drive thru, first was the ordering speaker it wasn’t beaten with a baseball bat and was clear sounding,
Our food was correct and the service at the window was pleasant.
So everything was ok, we went earlier 10:30 am. Had our coupons and our food was better quality than Big Rapids Arby’s with the baseball bat speaker, a noticeable quality difference in food and overall experience.

The food was great. The only problem we had was there were fly’s all over the dinings room it was disgusting. Food on the floor probably didn’t help. Tables weren’t cleaned in a while.

Another fast food restaurant that we went to and the lady in the Drive-Thru did not get our order right by any means. We left without checking our bag and had to turn around and go back because she missed four of our sandwiches. And then we asked for Arby’s sauce and got horsey sauce. I don’t know if the old lady in the Drive-Thru just can’t hear but it was very disappointing yet to say. And it’s awful expensive.

They had our food made and ready before we were done ordering. Clean and Friendly staff. Everything was stocked and wiped down. We got the largest family meal with a $12.00 coupon. Very impressed and very pleased. Will recommend to everyone I know.

There was a middle aged female manager who gave me a less than satisfactory visit to arby’s today. Maybe a little bit older, red hair glasses, I believe. It was just her natural customer service. There was no discrepancies being resolved or anything. The thing about good management is that it makes all the difference for a business. She may be getting the job done, but her customer service attitude is going to lose her more customers than her efficiency could ever retain. This should be evaluated.
