the place was empty when I was here but I must’ve attracted customers because it got semi busy quickly the establishment was cleaned, spacious, and pretty tamed w the decors and interior designs…nothing fancy; straight to the point. the gentleman was very nice and pleasant. service was quick. food came out hot and fresh. you could tell they took their time, which I appreciate very much.
had my usual – phở special w the coffee. ordered an order of the grilled pork spring rolls due to their regular spring rolls only had shrimp, and not shrimp & pork.
the pho – very plentiful. definitely will fill you up. good broth where you can taste the phở seasonings like the anise, cardamom, etc. they served their cilantro on the side – interesting. I’m not usually a noodle noticer but theirs were extremely delicious. the balanced of soft, yet had a bounce to it like you can tell they blanched it fresh and dipped in the broth. the noodles strands were not stale and broken up so easily. really good chew and bite to it. very good!
grilled pork spring rolls – good flavor on the pork. soft rolls, indicate most likely fresh and not re-steamed since the veggies we still cold. fish sauce is very good. dark, rich, savory, sweet, a little sour – all the perfect combination. makes me want to try their rice or vermicelli dishes next time
the coffee – this is where they lost the 1☆. first, the color was super light. almost vanilla bean Starbucks light. I overlooked that and thought maybe it was just extra milk. nope – all cream or half/half! not a strong chicory coffee taste and definitely not the old man Longevity condensed milk! bitter and bland creamy milk. I wish I tried it in store but I was a bit full. horrible on the road that I had to dump it. very disappointed! spend some money to make real coffee!
overall- I’d come back to try their other dishes. phots look promising. but definitely not their coffee!
We went back and tried some banh mi to go! The banh mi bi was off the hook! The bi was delicious!

The pho broth was delicious and the meat was tender. My husband got a banh mi (hoagie) the meat was perfectly cooked and had great flavors. The baguette was super fresh, like it came right out the oven. It was so good that we ordered two more to go.
The prices were fair and the service was good. Right now, you get ten percent off your bill because of the grand opening special. It’s a good time to go try them yourself.
I can’t wait to go back and try some more of the menu.
