Im new to Columbia and I’ve been there twice. First time grits were cold and food wasn’t good. The second time toast was burnt. Sent eggs back they came back with cheese and egg shell in it. At that point I was just over sending stuff back. Waiter was nice but the food is always terrible and I think the waiter knew that each visit by looking at the food.

Stepped out of my car and was hit with a blast of pot odor. Turned my stomach and I turned around and left. They need to discourage pot smoking in the parking lot. If the it’s the staff, food safety is a huge concern. Do better.

Good food…. but the parking lot is basically clean. But if you look on the edges of the parking lot it’s a trash dump.

This is our favorite Waffle House in the area. The staff are always great! The food is good and we have made it tradition to come here for holidays. It is wheelchair accessible.

Every time I order from this location, they are always out of utensils. There’s always an excuse. On top of that, the food is inconsistent you never know how it will turn out. Today I received cold grits, cold eggs, and a pork chop with no seasoning. Very disappointing.

Came in around 11:30pm apparently after an accident because the police were there, but the staff was still very welcoming and nice. They Greeted us whole heartedly. Food was cooked to our likings and it was speedy too . The waitress Sandy was soooooo nice she makes me wanna come back. Overall best Waffle House I’ve been to.

My husband and I were just leaving a business meeting! We met to amazing people working this night. Thank you to our cook and I hope I can remember your name ( Jefferey?), I’m sorry if that isn’t correct. Had a beautiful Christmas tree put up and he made our food with pure love! I looked at my husband and told him to look at our food it looked just like if it were advertised on the menu! Our waitress was really down to earth, happy no matter what and I loved it about her!!!, I can’t wait to see these 2 individuals again, but I wanted to say thank you again and for sharing your life with my husband and I, and thank you guys for preparing meals 24/7, respectively! I was charged 20% in additional charges by this Waffle House only because I ordered Togo. I was not notified about this until I received my receipt and reviewed it after putting in my order. I came back in the Waffle House and asked the server about it she said she rung the charges up separately. I added my total which was 38.00 and have a tip. They charged me the 20% extra on the food and ON THE TIP I GAVE!!! I notice a small sign I. Front of the register after returning. Be sure to read all sign before placing order. I expressed we would’ve sat inside had we know we were being charge an extra 20% for Togo container and a bag. Very disappointed but the servers did try.
