Pulled in because who could pass up a KFC Buffet? The buffet is closed permanently and the sign has not be covered up and due to the length of the closer I believe this is intentional false advertisement. Nearly every surface floor and bathroom is lined with grease. An elderly gentleman nearly slipped and fell while I was there.
2 stars for the decor.

We went in the middle of lunch for the buffet. There was barely any food and what was there was old and nasty. The biscuits were hard as rocks. The breasts were dry as a bone. And I couldn’t even tell some of the other pieces of chicken apart. For what KFC charges they should at least have decent food. Very disappointing.

It’s been awhile since I have stopped, always got the buffet…. Well, they advertise a buffet but it’s “permanently closed” once you get inside…. Inside was dirty, greasy, and smelled like old grease…. staff was not friendly or inviting. Made it to the counter to see the Buffett closed sign, not one hello or welcome to KFC how can we help you offered.
Had to turn and walk out….

You can ask for something multiple times and they will still forget it. Like ranch that comes with certain meals. Multiple times the food has been over cooked and just lack of effort. Always call to let them know because we live here and want them to do better but it has been like this for at least 2 years.

Horrible service!!! Management locked doors to dining room at 7:30 due to being short staffed. Only the drive thru is open. I drive a semi truck parked in the truck stop directly behind them and was turned away by the manager at the drive thru window since I wasn’t in a car. She said she could be fired for serving me. I am so tempted to drive my semi through just to prove a point.

Took my family out to eat payed almost$30 and this is what we got ..i tryed to talk to supervisor or manager..supervisor was hiding….we left hungry and upset…I will definitely be calling cooperate office

I’m honestly impressed by how frequently my simple order gets messed up. You want a side other than fries? Good luck. You want any dipping sauce? You’re better off getting it from the restaurants across the way. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the accuracy on my order but what kills it is the amount of time you’re forced to wait to get an incorrect order. If you’re wanting good chicken you’d probably be better off going to literally anywhere else, including the QT that’s nearby…

HANDS DOWN WORST KFC I HAVE EVER VISITED. Been there twice over the course of 2 years and both times they’re out of something that is their staple. First time I rolled up and they said they were out of chicken and it would be a 45 minute wait. Like what??? Last night they were out of biscuits and it would be 20 minutes. Does the management not think “hey we’re getting low on stuff let’s make more before it’s all gone”, or they just don’t care. I always wondered why this place is always empty when I go around there. Taking my business elsewhere from now on and I highly suggest that you do too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrived at 10:45 am on a Sunday morning looking forward to the buffet. After we ordered and paid we noticed that there was no chicken on the buffet. We asked about it and they said they don’t put chicken out until someone had ordered the buffet. Totally understandable. However, this was 10 minutes after we had ordered the buffet. While asking about the missing chicken, we noticed that the employees in the kitchen were plating other customers food with no gloves or hair nets. We also asked about that and we were told that they are not required to wear gloves. Having spent almost 7 years in the restaurant industry and taken many, many food handlers’ classes, I know this to be unsanitary and against the food handlers guidelines. We requested a refund and were turned over to a different employee. She was rude and got another employee to help us. We believe this man was the manager, who we saw not wearing gloves. We did receive our refund from him, without a doubt they knew they were in the wrong. He was polite and respectful about the situation. While we were speaking about getting a refund, Sunny, (we later asked her name) was loudly talking negatively about our complaints and request for a refund. Overall, it was an extremely poor experience. Below, I’ve even posted the food handlers guidelines where it states gloves must be worn when plating ready to eat foods.
