We were in Denison for a school band event and we took our large group to Pizza Ranch. What could have been a very stressful time for us as adults turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The place was packed with several big groups of middle schoolers (who can definitely be difficult customers) and the staff handled it all like champs. Fresh pizza was coming out nonstop, and everyone working was still kind and patient despite all the noise and chaos. Huge shout-out to Derek, the manager. He stayed cool under pressure, was super flexible, and jumped in to help problem solve so things kept moving smoothly for everyone, whether they were part of the big groups or just there for a normal meal. And of course, the food was great! Highly recommend!

I ordered online using the 2 medium pizzas for $22 deal, and it only charged me $14.19. When I went to pick up, they said it was a system error and that I actually owed $11 more. I’d already paid online and didn’t bring my wallet, so I asked them to cancel it.
I understand mistakes happen, but it would’ve been nice if they honored the price their system gave me or offered a better solution, especially since the pizzas were already made. Hopefully they fix the glitch so this doesn’t happen to other customers. Overall very dissapointed with their service and resolution.

Nice salad bar. Broasted chicken is my all time favorite item Pizza Ranch has, it’s too good. The soft serve ice cream is a nice way to to end a meal.
It’s a busy night, but they did a good job keeping the food trays full.
The restrooms are always clean.

For several months, this location has been my go to for dinner for my family. With a recent loss of a loved one, cooking was the last thing on my mind.The staff is courteous, thoughtful and professional. I highly recommend eating at Pizza Ranch! Salad bar, pizza, breadsticks, fried chicken, mashed potatoes and chicken gravy are all amazing! Service was great! I don’t why they call it Pizza Ranch though because that fried chicken was devine! We didn’t go to the Fun Zone this time but next time!
